? Unable to resist the temptation of the unique scenery of Xiangxi, we met old friends, and our nine people set foot on the journey to Xiangxi again in October 1 18. Take the high-speed train from Changle to Jinan, then transfer to the sleeper to Changsha, take the station wagon for seven and a half hours, and arrive at Fenghuang Ancient City in Xiangxi at dusk. This is my second visit to Phoenix.

? Phoenix is a small town in western Hunan. It was built in the Tang Dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is named because the green hills that lean on are like the wings of a phoenix. The ancient city of Fenghuang is as famous as Old Town of Lijiang in Yunnan and Pingyao in Shanxi, and has the reputation of "Phoenix in the north and Pingyao in the south". It is also the hometown of the great writer Shen Congwen. Some people say that the ancient city of Fenghuang is famous for Shen Congwen's Border Town.

? After more than 30 hours of bumpy journey, we followed the tour guide Dai Boyang to the ancient city of Phoenix in the night after dinner, regardless of the fatigue of the journey. The night view of the ancient city of Fenghuang is beautiful and a wonderful dream. Under the mysterious flashing light, the diaojiao building, the famous building and the stormy building standing by the river are reflected in the water, and the phosphorescent Tuojiang water jumps in the colorful brilliance. Squeeze through the crowd, step on the bluestone road by the river, pass by the wooden house with dark blue tiles and brightly lit shops. In the bar near the water, the strange and dazzling lights create a magical and charming atmosphere, drifting through a wisp of casual guitar sound and singer's slightly low voice, attracting the attention of many tourists. The night in the ancient city is like a beautiful and wonderful dream, which makes people intoxicated.

? After breakfast the next morning, I followed Dai Dao to learn more about the ancient city of Fenghuang. Go through the storm tower of Hongqiao first, that is, come to the East Gate Tower. Because we came early, the waiter in the gatehouse hasn't gone to work yet. In the morning, the town is quiet and comfortable, and the streets are full of the noise of tourists. Boarding the tower, the ancient city is surrounded by mountains and waters, and the green Tuojiang River passes through the city, and the scenery on both sides of the strait is unobstructed. Followed the tour guide to visit Yangjia Ancestral Hall, Chongde Hall, Ancient City Museum, Shen Congwen's former residence and Xiong Xiling's former residence in turn. The ancient city of Fenghuang is famous for its outstanding people, literary master Shen Congwen, the first cabinet premier of the Republic of China, Xiong Xiling, historian Chen, landscape painter and contemporary artist.

? After seeing the Phoenix Square inscribed by Zhu Rongji, Dai Dao and I went to the dock near the North Gate, boarded the boat and went boating on the Tuojiang River downstream. Crossing Hongqiao, Diaojiaolou is reflected in the clear stream of Tuojiang River, and the studio of Huang Yongyu, a master of Chinese painting, is in it. The awnings cross, bringing up layers of ripples, and then swinging from side to side, giving people a good impression of the southern water town. In the distance, you can see the Wanming Pagoda and Wanshou Palace reflected in the water. Go ashore at the pier in front of Wanshou Palace. Wanshou Palace is located in Shawan outside the scenic East Gate, with Dongling in the north and Tuojiang in the face. It was built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. Wanshou Palace is a large-scale building with exquisite design and exquisite carving. The tour guide told a story of a Feng Shui war: Phoenix locals built a temple-Zhunti Temple (Guanyin Hall) on the hillside opposite Wanshou Palace. Two large round windows with a diameter of more than ten feet were opened on the earth-red wall in front of the temple. Facing the Wanshou Palace, Jiangxi people built a small white pagoda (Ten Thousand Buddha Pagoda) in Shawan. The spire shone like a sword in the sun and stabbed the big round window of the opposite temple.

? Surrounded by the green hills of Tuojiang River, passing through the city, Hongshiban Street, Diaojiao Building, Fengyu Bridge, ancient castle, ancient stone bridge, outstanding people and celebrities come forth in large numbers ... Everything in Fenghuang Ancient City is beautiful to the extreme, full of poetry and painting everywhere.

? From Fenghuang Ancient City to Zhangjiajie, I drove for nearly two hours, and on the way, I rushed to Guzhang County to "ram my Miao Village". Bump me is a transliteration of Miao language, that is, the stockade by the stream. There are 292 households with 1204 people in the whole village, and the unique wooden structure diaojiao building complex of the Miao nationality in Dashan, Wuling has been preserved. Visiting Miao Village is actually helping the poor. All passing tourist buses must stop here. After lunch here, the local villagers showed them around casually, and then they were taken to the silverware shop for shopping, or to the so-called Dr. Miao to buy medicine, which was ridiculously expensive. I really can't feel this artificial scenic spot.

? Come out from Miao village and continue on your way, and arrive at the hotel outside Zhangjiajie scenic spot in the evening.

? There is a saying in Zhangjiajie that "don't go to Huangshi Village, go to Zhangjiajie for nothing". Someone once commented on Huangshizhai: five steps are amazing, and seven steps are amazing; Ten steps away, dumbfounded. I went to Zhangjiajie three times and Huangshizhai twice, but I was sorry because of the fog on the mountain. I sighed: I don't know if Huangshizhai didn't have the opportunity to be with me, refused to show his true colors, or had feelings for me and invited me to go again. I will never forget it. Not more than three things, but I'm here anyway. On the way, Dai Dao listened to my wish to come to Zhangjiajie again this time and specially adjusted the tour route.

? The hotel is close to the gate of the scenic spot, and it takes more than ten minutes by car after breakfast. There are still many tourists in the service hall. We followed Dai Dao to Tianzishan cableway station by scenic tour bus. In the cable car up the mountain, everyone has been shocked by Zhangjiajie's unique peak forest landform. Due to the good weather, Tianzi Mountain's Jade Peak, Tiannv Scattered Flowers, Qingyun Cliff and other scenic spots are unobstructed. It is also the hometown of Marshal He Long (Sangzhi). In front of Marshal He Long's grave, we bowed three times with deep respect and remembered Marshal's great achievements. Then take a tour bus to Yuanjiajie, where tourists are woven and jostled. Standing on the ecstatic platform overlooking the peaks, 3,000 stone peaks stand quietly in the canyon, straight into the blue sky, like a soldier array, like a gathering of sages, with thousands of gestures, extraordinary momentum and spectacular. Walking on the plank road near the cliff, there are many scenic spots, such as the moon asking apes, turtles exploring the sky, five women worshiping handsome, Gan Kunzhu (Avatar) and the first bridge in the world. Although I have been here many times, I am still fascinated by the beautiful scenery in front of me.

? After lunch at Yuanjiajie Customer Service Center, I took a bus with Dai Dao to Yangjiazhai Cable Car Station and took the cable car down the mountain. I walked for more than half an hour to the next stop of Huangshizhai cable car, and boarded Huangshizhai by cable car.

Huangshizhai is the largest aerial observation platform in Zhangjiajie, with an open and flat roof and cliffs around it. Or Huang Shizhai has a soft spot for me. Today is amazing, the visibility is particularly clear, and I feel refreshed. I really want to shout "Huang Shizhai, I'm coming again". The detour route at the top of the mountain is about 3.8 kilometers, and it takes more than two hours to detour. Due to time constraints, Dai Dao only took us to visit the Star Picking Platform, Wu Zhifeng, Shuangmen Yingbin, Liu Qiting, Scarab in the Fog Sea, Monkey Shuai Dianbing and other scenic spots. When you board the Liu Qi Pavilion, you can have a panoramic view of the surrounding scenery. A pillar of a chestnut rock peak is like a stroke of genius, like a masterpiece of magic, and you can praise it with all the wonderful words in the world. Hundreds of peaks, layered and varied, are like a spectacular picture. "I didn't go to Zhangjiajie for nothing until I got to Huangshizhai", which finally ended my long-standing obsession with Huangshizhai.

? Take a cable car down the mountain, and then visit Jin Bianxi with a guided tour. Jin Bianxi is named after its flowing through the Golden Whip Rock. Down the river, through the deep valley, thousands of peaks stand on both sides, towering into the clouds, lush trees, green shade, green everywhere, gurgling water, giving people a quiet and beautiful nature enjoyment. The total length of the tourist route in Jin Bianxi is about 7.5 kilometers, which takes more than two hours to complete. I walked the whole route twice. Jin Bianxi mainly includes: Guanyin seeing off the son, Pig Bajie carrying his daughter-in-law, Drunken Lohan, Condor Protecting Whip, Golden Whip Rock, Shanpi Saving Mother, Zhufeng, Wenxingyan, Qianlihui, Nanmuping and other scenic spots. Dai Dao led us for less than a kilometer, then turned and pointed to the two rock peaks of Guanyin pine nuts and Pig Bajie carrying his daughter-in-law, and watched them carefully. They were really lifelike. Walking to the Red Army Bridge, Dai Dao pointed to the straight and angular cliff in front and went straight to Xiaohan Peak Column, which is the Golden Whip Rock. Because of the time, I can't see other scenic spots, so I will return immediately. On the edge of the cliff leading to the gate of the scenic spot, there are many inscriptions left by national leaders and celebrities when they visited Zhangjiajie. Outside the gate of the scenic spot stands a statue of Wu Guanzhong, a landscape painter. It was his brush that let the world know Zhangjiajie, a unique landscape wonder in the world.

Walking out of Zhangjiajie Forest Park, it's getting late and returning to the hotel by bus.

After breakfast the next day, I first went to the shopping store in Zhangjiajie and bought expensive local products under the guidance of the shopping guide. Then I rushed to Tianmen Mountain, another famous scenic spot in Zhangjiajie.

Tianmen Mountain is the highest mountain in Zhangjiajie Scenic Area, named after Tianmen Cave, a natural wonder. Last time I went to Tianmen Mountain, I went up by cable car. On the tour guide's way, I said that because of the cable car maintenance, I had to take a scenic tour bus up the mountain, which was exactly what I wanted. At the Yamashita Tourist Service Center, because tourists are gathered here and there are many vehicles going up the mountain, we have to wait patiently in line for more than half an hour before getting on the bus.

? The coach winds up along the winding road of Tianmen Mountain and goes straight to Tianmen Cave. It is said that Panshan Road is 10.77 km long. The square in front of Tianmen East rises sharply from 200m above sea level to1300m, also known as "Tian Tong Avenue". There are steep cliffs on both sides of Panshan Highway, and the valley is deep. Panshan Highway has 99 bends, which are like jade belts, closely connected, layered, leaning against mountains and surrounding walls, crossing cliffs and going straight into the sky. It is called "the first highway wonder in the world". It is said that this Panshan highway, which is just over ten kilometers long, has been built for eight years, which shows the difficulty of its engineering. Although everyone fastened their seat belts, because the driver is familiar with the road and has excellent driving skills, he turns left and right, and every time he turns a big turn, he screams like being thrown out, which makes people feel scared. Finally arrived at the station, many people were still dizzy, unstable and tinnitus after getting off the bus.

Tianmen Mountain was called Yunmeng Mountain in ancient times. It is reported that in 263 AD, due to the collapse of the mountain wall, the cave in the upper part of the mountain was opened and the north and south were connected. Hence the name "Tianmen Mountain". Tianmen Cave is located on the precipice, with a height of 13 1.5m, a width of 57m and a depth of more than 60 meters. Looking up at the Tianmen Cave, the Tianmen Cave hangs high above the cliff, just like a door of the sky embedded in the canopy, which is magnificent and breathtaking. I came to Tianmen Mountain six years ago and climbed 999 stairs to reach Tianmen Cave. This time, it's not the past. After a short rest in the square under Tianmen Cave, Dai Dao and I took the escalator built on the mountain to the top of the mountain (five escalators to Tianmen Cave and seven escalators to the top of the mountain), which saved a lot of effort. If you climb up directly, you may give up according to your current physical fitness.

Out of the elevator, I saw a sign introducing "Tianmen turns to water". It says: Tianmen Mountain turns over the water and is located at the top of the cliff on the right side of Tianmen Cave. It is said that even after the rainstorm, the water will not hang down to the cliff on the right. In the dry season, however, a flood can be released from the cliff, rushing out of thin air, thundering and shaking the earth, which is extremely spectacular. Once every ten years or decades, each time lasts 15 to 45 minutes. "Tianmen turning over water" got its name. It is said that "Tianmen boiling water" indicates the occurrence of some major events, such as social changes, human catastrophes, natural disasters and so on. Is this a natural coincidence or a secret warning? (Record of turning over water: 1949, 1965, 1976, 1989, 1998) This incredible phenomenon has become the six mysteries of Tianmen Mountain.

? Following Dai Dao through the Davidia involucrata Garden, the tour guide said that this Davidia involucrata (dove flower) is contemporary with dinosaurs and is a national first-class protected plant. Unfortunately, now is not the time to watch the beautiful dove-shaped Davidia involucrata flowers. Over the ravine, you can reach the glass plank road of Panlong Cliff. The plank road was built on a precipice and flew for thousands of meters. Through the glass under your feet, you can see the winding mountain road like a sheep's intestines. I have been used to the glass bridges and glass plank roads that I have walked through many scenic spots. I'm not particularly scared. Tianmenshan glass plank road has three sections. Last time, I went to Xibo plank road (devil valley plank road) instead of Dongbo plank road.

? "Jiuzhaigou looks at the water and Zhangjiajie looks at the mountains". The creator here has endowed all mysterious natural grace, and the ingenious pen of nature is really fascinating.

? After going down the mountain, I drove directly to Hengshan, and it was nearly midnight when I checked into the hotel. Suddenly, I called home and needed to go back. Fortunately, Zheng Dongxia gave the high-speed rail ticket online and took the high-speed rail from Hengyang East Station the next morning. Unfortunately, I couldn't climb Hengshan Mountain in Nanyue with my old friends.
