I am deeply honored that XX Hotel awarded me the honor of "Excellent Manager of the Year". I am an employee who has followed the chairman for many years. Experienced the whole process of preparation, construction, opening and operation of Dacheng Hotel. With the growth of Dacheng Hotel, I know that it is not easy to start a business in the ups and downs of the chairman's career, and I also know that today's Dacheng International Hotel is hard-won. The brilliance of Dacheng Hotel today is the crystallization of the wisdom of the chairman, as well as the hard work and sweat of the leadership and management team of Dacheng Hotel and all the staff of the hotel. The history book "Learning from each other" says: "It is easy to start a business, but difficult to keep it". The chairman entrusted the management of Dacheng Hotel to the hotel management team, fully trusted our managers and employees, and also gave us a stage to display our talents. After a year of hard work, today we finally handed in a proud answer sheet!

Looking back at the beginning of the year, the work indicators given by the hotel leaders to our department haunted my mind and I felt a lot of pressure. When I saw that the staff in my department supported me with confidence and the hotel leaders and colleagues encouraged me, my ideological pressure suddenly became the driving force of my work. We have a united and cooperative management team, and I have a group of excellent employees who selflessly support my work. I am confident to complete the arduous task entrusted by the hotel leaders to our department.

Looking back on the work in the past year, it can be summarized as "ordinary and safe". The employees in our department are doing ordinary work every day, and it is these many "ordinary" that bring together today's achievements and build the safe operation of the equipment. My achievements can't be separated from the efforts of the department staff! Although we don't work hard to generate income for the hotel every day like the front desk department to maintain the development of the hotel and the stable income of employees, it is this kind of understanding with "guilt" that makes me and every employee in the department feel and understand the hardship of generating income from the front desk operation and deeply understand the importance of energy saving. The staff of the department put their heads together to save every kilowatt-hour, every drop of water and every liter of gas, and the energy consumption reached a new low in the case of rising hotel revenue, which is a very good result. The safe operation of equipment and facilities is the foundation of the hotel's prosperity. The keen eyes of the department staff stare at every possible safety hazard of equipment and facilities day and night, which is why they have eliminated all safety hazards and built a year-round peace. At work, I also found that there are still many deficiencies in my management, so please urge me.
