Beijing Universal Studios Resort is located in Liyuan Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing.

Universal Studios Beijing is located in Tongzhou District Cultural Tourism Zone, south of the city sub-center. Dengsheng Wang, deputy director of Tongzhou Cultural Tourism Zone Management Committee, introduced that the planned total land area of the cultural tourism zone is about 12.05 square kilometers, and the park is close to Jingha Expressway and East Sixth Ring Road. Three newly-built and expanded interchange nodes are connected with Jingha Expressway and East Sixth Ring Road, about 1 km away from Tuqiao interchange node.

There are 20 common ditches and 54 municipal roads in the park. At present, various public tunnels and municipal roads are under construction. It is expected that before the opening of Universal Studios, the common ditch and municipal roads that meet the opening of Universal Studios will be completed and put into use, and these roads will form a backbone road network, which will provide a strong guarantee for the transportation of cultural tourism areas.

Beijing Universal Resort will launch two theme hotels when it opens. Among them, Universal Studios Hotel is located at the entrance of Universal Studios, with about 800 rooms, and Jin Nuo Resort Hotel has about 400 rooms.
