5. Provide the guest with a correct consumption list and ask the guest to sign for approval.

6. Strictly control the use of invoices. Do not issue multiple invoices or issue them privately. All bills must not be arbitrarily altered. Cancellation orders must be signed by the manager and submitted to the finance department together with other bills.
