At present, Huairou has built 108 officially opened hotels and various training centers, among which five-star hotels are: Yanqi Jianguo Holiday Hotel (Beijing Judges College), Kuangou (sponsored by Beijing Municipal People's Government) and Tangyun Villa (Datang Training Base).

Four-star hotels: Beijing Kuangou Yanqi Mountain Villa (the training base of the Municipal People's Congress), Beijing Canyon Hotel (the training base of the Rural Commercial Bank), Beijing Hongluoyuan Hotel (the training base of the Agricultural Bank of China), Beijing Dayanlou Hotel (the electric power training base), Beijing Qihu Hotel (the training base of the Railway Bureau), Beijing Foreign Affairs Office, Jixian Mountain Villa (the training base of the United Front Work Department) and the national tax training center.

Three-star hotels: Reporter's Home (Beijing Daily Training Base), Pulan Villa (National Development and Reform Commission Training Base), Songxiuyuan Resort (Municipal Construction Committee Training Base), Garden Villa, Bihu Hotel (Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Training Base), Zhongqing Villa, Luohong Villa, Civil Affairs Training Center, Hongyan Garden (Postal Training Base), Huashen Resort (National Audit Office Training Base), Sunshine 300 Hotel, Luohong Hotel.
