② trough time: 0: 00? At 8: 00, reduce the electricity price by 0. 18 yuan/kwh.

③ Flat section: 8: 00? 1 1:00、 17:00? 20:00、22:00? At 24: 00, the current residential sales electricity price will be implemented.

Scope of execution

Have the measurement conditions of time-sharing meter? One meter per household? Residential users and residential charging facilities users.

Operation mode

Users voluntarily choose whether to implement the residents' time-of-use electricity price policy. Users who choose to implement can apply online through the power grid enterprise APP or go to the business hall to apply for withdrawal after one year of implementation; Users who do not choose to implement it still implement the current electricity price policy.

It is expected to be implemented in June 2023.
