Where can I join the ancient town pot?

China Court Network News Laochengyi (Beijing) Hotel Management Co., Ltd. and its shareholders are the owners of graphic trademarks of Laochengyi Zibiao and Yanggu Graphic, and have authorized 130 Restaurant to operate Laochengyi sheep scorpion hot pot. Recently, the company found that Mr. Zhang used the same "sheep bone figure" and similar words "Old Town One Pot End" on the signboard of his restaurant. Therefore, Laochengyi Company sued the court and demanded that Mr. Zhang immediately stop the infringement and compensate the losses. A few days ago, the Fengtai District People's Court of Beijing organized the two sides to exchange evidence. Laochengyi Company claims that it is the exclusive owner of the registered trademark of Laochengyi and has authorized 130 restaurants to operate Laochengyi Pot in sheep scorpion hot pot. This trademark has a very high brand effect and is well-known in more than ten provinces and cities such as Beijing, Liaoning, Tianjin and Shaanxi. Last year, the company found that Mr. Zhang used the "sheep bone icon" with the exclusive right to use the trademark on the signboard of his restaurant, and used the words "Guzhen Yiguotuan" similar to his trademark. The combination of colors, characters and graphics of the signboard is similar to the signboard of the "Old Town One Pot" Yangxiezi Hotpot Restaurant authorized by the company, which is enough to make consumers misunderstand, and its behavior violates the trademark right and constitutes unfair competition. Therefore, the company was brought to court, demanding that Mr. Zhang immediately stop the infringement and compensate for the loss of more than 56,000 yuan. At the same time, two shareholders of Laochengyi Company, as the rights holders of the trademark "Sheep Bone Graphics", also sued Mr. Zhang for trademark infringement, demanding that he immediately stop the infringement and compensate for the loss of 55,000 yuan. In the process of evidence exchange, Mr. Zhang's attorney said that the words "Guzhen Yiguotou" and "Laocheng" used in the signboard of his restaurant are not similar, but the sheep bone graphics belong to the graphics of general products and are used reasonably. They have also changed the signboard. The attorney of Laochengyi Company not only submitted evidence to prove its trademark popularity and notarization infringement, but also pointed out that when he went to Mr. Zhang's restaurant for lunch, he found that the chopsticks used in the restaurant were still using the infringement mark, and submitted physical evidence to the court. At present, the case is under further investigation.
