How many restaurants with various flavors are there in Fuzhou?

Golden Elephant Bay Thai Restaurant: My favorite is the Golden Elephant Bay Thai Restaurant on Wusi Road. The environment is good (I like the aquarium there the most, but it may be a bit noisy during peak dining hours.)

I like curry crab and Indian paratha the most (these two are must-eats), and that one What is it called (it seems like roast chicken, but it tastes good)? The charcoal grilled pork shank also tastes good.

Shangri-La: The buffet is okay. People who like to eat oysters or sashimi will get a better deal. The fried rice there tastes good, but I forgot the name. There seem to be two or three kinds of fried rice there.
