Guests who go to the hotel without knowing it will be punished for violating the anti-terrorism law.

The Anti-Terrorism Law imposes the following penalties on hotels:

Operators and service providers of telecommunications, internet and financial services fail to check the identity of customers in accordance with the regulations, or provide services for unidentified customers who refuse to check their identity, and the competent authorities shall order them to make corrections; Refuses to correct, a fine of two hundred thousand yuan and five hundred thousand yuan, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be fined one hundred thousand yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of more than 500,000 yuan shall be imposed, and a fine of more than 100,000 yuan and less than 500,000 yuan shall be imposed on the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel.

Operators and service providers such as accommodation, long-distance passenger transport and motor vehicle rental. Under the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the competent department shall impose a fine of not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than 500,000 yuan, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall be fined not more than 100,000 yuan.
