Decision on the Catalog of Municipal Administrative Licensing Projects

In accordance with the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China" and the spirit of the provincial and municipal people's governments on continuing to streamline administrative licensing projects, in accordance with "The Decision of the People's Government of Hunan Province on Promulgating the Catalog of Canceled and Adjusted Administrative Approval Items and Retained Administrative Licensing Projects" (Provincial Government Order No. 235), the Municipal People's Government has carefully sorted out the administrative licensing projects at the municipal level. After research Decision: Canceled 18 administrative licensing items, adjusted 31 items, and retained 168 items. Licensing projects of vertical management units are not included in the scope of this announcement.

All relevant departments must conscientiously implement and connect the canceled and adjusted administrative licensing projects, and effectively strengthen follow-up supervision. It is necessary to prevent disguised approvals in the name of filing, approval, etc., as well as administrative licensing. After the project was cancelled, supervisory functions were “absent” or “not in place”. The Municipal People's Government implements catalog management of municipal administrative licensing projects. For new, canceled and adjusted administrative licensing matters in the future, relevant implementing units under the municipal government must strictly comply with the requirements of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Procedure Regulations of Hunan Province and report them to the Legal Affairs Office of the Municipal People's Government for registration and filing. , and announce it to the public.

If the catalog of administrative licensing projects published in the past is inconsistent with this decision, this decision shall prevail.

This decision shall come into effect from the date of promulgation.
