(II) Application conditions for blue-collar apartment in Hangzhou
The applicant and his family members must meet the following conditions at the same time:
1. The applicant and his family members are non-Hangzhou urban residents, and the applicant holds the Zhejiang Residence Permit or the Zhejiang Temporary Residence Permit issued by the public security organ within the validity period;
2. The applicant signs a labor contract with the employer for a certain period of time and pays social insurance premiums normally;
3. The applicant and his family members have no housing in Hangzhou;
4. The applicant and his family members have not applied for public rental housing at the municipal and district levels and blue-collar apartments in other districts at the same time.
5. The applicant and his/her family members meet other conditions stipulated by the government (administrative committee) of the place where the application is made.
The family members of the applicants only include spouses and minor children.
(III) Application Process of Blue-collar Apartment in Hangzhou
The employer of migrant workers shall apply to the blue-collar apartment management institution in the district where the registration place is located according to the following procedures:
1. The employer shall accept the application of migrant workers who meet the occupancy conditions of the unit according to the requirements of the blue-collar apartment acceptance notice, and check the standardization and completeness of the application materials.
2. The employer will publicize the standardized application materials, complete household registration, marriage and real estate of the applicant and his family members in the unit for 5 days, and accept the report.
3. After the employer summarizes the information and lease requirements of the blue-collar apartment applicants, it shall submit the relevant application materials to the blue-collar apartment management organization.
4. The blue-collar apartment management institution shall review the application-related materials submitted by the employer, and publicize the relevant information of the employer and the applicants in the portal of the district government (administrative committee) for 7 days. If there is no objection to the publicity, confirm the lease of the unit and the eligibility of the applicant.
