How to cut diamonds

The method of cutting diamonds is as follows:

Tools/raw materials: knives, chopping boards, cucumbers and carrots.

1. Take a cucumber and a carrot as an example and cut them into diamond slices. These two ingredients are often used as side dishes in life.

2. First, cut the cucumber into small pieces, and the length of the small piece determines the length of the slice. Usually, the longer the cucumber slices, the longer the sliced water chestnut slices.

3. Pick up one of the sections, with the section facing upwards, and cut the section vertically with a knife.

4. Cut the sheet into diamonds.

5, carrots are cut the same way as cucumbers.

6. The water chestnut can be slightly thicker when cooking, and slightly thinner when making edges or setting plates.
