Historical Evolution of Jinfo Mountain Nature Reserve

From 65438 to 0939, Jinfo Mountain was recognized as a land suitable for reclamation. At that time, the National Government also organized and set up the "Management Meeting of Jinfo Mountain Reclamation Experimental Zone" to carry out early development of Jinfo Mountain. The Golden Buddha Temple and phoenix temple have been repaired successively, the mountain road from Sanquan to Longyan City has been built, the Golden Buddha Cultural Relics Museum and Sanquan Park have been built, and three springs and ten scenic spots have been cultivated according to the natural landscape. Jinfo Mountain was once famous. 1989 65438+ 10, the then Nanchuan county party Committee and county government established the Jinfo Mountain Scenic Area Management Office, formally established the scenic area management organization, and officially put the development of Jinfo Mountain on the agenda. 1989 Reconnaissance in the scenic spot, the staff of the management office wandered between the snake bird lanes with cold water and biscuits, and their footprints were all over the scenic spot; 1993 to 1994 to build the uphill highway on the north slope of Jinfo Mountain. The cadres and workers of the highway construction headquarters live in the construction site with the construction team and often go home only once every few months.

From 65438 to 0990, Jinfo Mountain began to develop Dabao Cave. After Dabao Cave, Yanyun Cave was developed. After the two caves were opened to the outside world, tourists from scenic spots were everywhere. Because the road is impassable, many tourists come to the foot of Jinfo Mountain but regret it. 1in may, 1993, the north slope highway broke ground. The following year, the North Slope 18.3km mud-rock highway was officially opened to traffic through the back door of Hongquan Factory, Daheba Primary School, Moziyan Pass and Baiguolin Cableway. 1July, 1999, the north slope highway hardened and the ropeway was completed and opened on the same day. The tourist route on the north slope was officially completed. After 2000, the Ice and Snow Festival and the Rhododendron Festival will be held one after another. In September 2006, the reserve signed an overall development agreement with Chongqing Communications and Tourism Investment Group, and Communications and Tourism Group officially settled in the west slope of Jinfo Mountain with a capital of 654.38+300 million.

On September 27th, 2007, the groundbreaking ceremony for the tourism project of Jinfo Mountain, a landscape city, was held at the foot of the west slope of Jinfo Mountain, and the overall development project of Jiaolv Group to build Jinfo Mountain was officially launched. China Overseas Group invested billions to build Lixiang Lake; Chongqing Shanshui Company invested in Shenlong Gorge; Chongqing City Investment and Development Corporation plans to develop Wang Pingshan; Bosai Group invested/kloc-0.50 billion yuan to build a four-star hotel for Bosai Holiday in Shili Gallery; Sanquan and Jinshan Town, the ancient tourist towns of Jinfo Mountain, entered the stage of investment promotion.

In 2008, focusing on the national 5A-level scenic spot of Jinfo Mountain, the reserve completed the revision and planning of the General Rules for Tourism Development of Jinfo Mountain, and at the same time compiled and improved the development plan of Nanchuan tourism industry, including the development of Lixiang Lake, Xiajiankou Reservoir, Qian Hui River and Longyan City.
