How to calculate the average price of new hotels?

Lecturer Yang Weiping: These three formulas express three calculation methods, which are selected according to the specific situation of the hotel. Among them, AHR is less used in hotels, because AHR represents the lowest average house price. If the data of rented rooms in Hotel A includes self-occupied rooms and free rooms, the number of rented rooms should be subtracted from the number of rented rooms in Hotel B when calculating ARR, while the data of rented rooms in Hotel B does not include self-occupied rooms and free rooms. When calculating AHR, the number of rented rooms should be added with self-occupied rooms and free rooms.
