Development prospect of Fengxian Bay tourist area

"Fengxian Bay"-Make Shanghai a more perfect city. According to the overall deployment of Shanghai's tourism development plan, after three stages of development, we will strive to build the Gulf Tourist Area into a tourist and holiday base, an education base and a marine sports center that is compatible with Shanghai's international metropolis, echoes the construction of Yangshan Deepwater Port and Shanghai Chemical Industrial Zone, and integrates with the development of coastal industrial belts and urban belts, and integrates the functions of residence, ecology, tourism, conference, sports and education. It is a professional new city in southern Shanghai, which integrates tourism service industry, leisure and entertainment industry, real estate industry and education industry, with beautiful ecological environment, convenient transportation, first-class facilities and excellent service level.

The overall planning for the development of the Gulf tourist area is divided into two parts, the east and the west, with Jinhui Port as the boundary. The planned land area is 70 square kilometers, with 10.2 square kilometers in the west and 8 square kilometers in the east. The municipal project "Bihai Jinsha Gold Coast" has a conceptual planning of more than 50 square kilometers.

Western planning: the natural iron beach is 3 square kilometers and the land is 10.2 square kilometers. The main functions are: an educational and scientific research area with the theme of East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Normal University and senior middle and primary schools; High-grade residential area with the theme of 2000 villas; Business restaurant District with the theme of Shangtan Square and Seafood Street; An entertainment and leisure area with the theme of Longteng Pavilion, Donghai Kannonji, Palm Beach Seaview Hotel and Nantianmen Square; An ecological resort with the theme of century forest, natural beauty life house and health sanatorium; An art viewing area with the theme of Century Children's Gallery, Baorong Peking Opera Costume Hall and Cultural Leisure Street. After five years of construction, the western planning has been basically completed. Tourism projects that need to be improved and upgraded include Cai Yanping Nature Health Pavilion, Culture and Art Street, Nantianmen Square and so on.

The eastern planning is divided into two parts:

Block 1: Bihai Jinsha Demonstration Zone, with a land area of 8 square kilometers and a bay reclamation area of 3.5 square kilometers. The planning theme is dynamic leisure area. The main attractions are: the bathing beach and beach activity area with the theme of 2 km Changsha Beach; Yacht club, water activity area and seawater fishing area with the theme of 3 square kilometers harbor; Seascape city with the theme of serviced apartments; Golf courses and villas with the theme of golf courses; Conference, business, exhibition and business district with the theme of five-star seascape hotel; Ecological forests, villas and resorts with the theme of green trees and rivers.

The second block: Bihai Jinsha Gold Coast planned by the municipal government, with a land area of 50 square kilometers and a harbor planning of 30 square kilometers, has been officially identified as the highlight of Shanghai's tourism development plan in the next three years, and relevant experts and departments are making intensive preparations.

The sunshine, blue sea, sandy beach and green trees planned and built in the Gulf tourist area are the main body of leisure tourism in the world and the development trend of leisure tourism in the world. Reflecting the beauty of natural integrity, Shanghai's * * * coastline 139 km, and the blue sea, Jinsha and Gold Coast that can be built and developed belong to the Gulf tourist area. Shanghai can't lack the sea. Shanghai's sea is in the bay. By surrounding the sea with hidden dikes, turning clear water into bays and spreading trees on beaches, we will create a marine landscape with clear water and soft sand and dense forests, and form a golden coast for leisure and entertainment with beautiful environment and complete functions, which has become an important part of Shanghai's municipal tourism development zone and Shanghai's international metropolis.
