Can you see the building opposite the curtain?

It depends. If the distance between the two buildings is not large, you can see the opposite building. If the light in your room is lower than that in the opposite building, you can't see the opposite building clearly without closing the window and drawing the curtains. If the window glass is one-way perspective glass, the curtain is not tightened, and the opposite building can't be seen clearly.
