Hotel delay

According to the regulations of the hotel industry, the cancellation of reservations due to irresistible factors such as weather should be unconditionally implemented.

However, there is only typhoon forecast now, and it is hard to say what the weather will be like when booking. I think you should communicate with the hotel first. If the reservation is postponed or cancelled due to weather, the hotel should not charge a handling fee.
