2017 Open Talent Recruitment Announcement of Jilin High-tech Zone, Jilin Province (30 people)

Jilin High-tech Industrial Development Zone is located in Jilin City, Jilin Province. It was established in 1992 and is a high-tech industrial development zone approved by the State Council. In order to adapt to the economic development of the High-tech Zone, the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Jilin High-tech Zone have decided to openly recruit outstanding professional talents from the society. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

2. Recruitment Basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;

2. Adhere to the Four Basic Principles, have good political qualities, abide by laws and regulations, have an upright style and good conduct Upright;

3. Have the physical condition to perform the job duties normally;

4. Meet the professional requirements required for recruitment (see Appendix 1 for details);

5. Full-time master's degree graduates and doctoral graduates from 985 and 211 key universities (the first degree requires a full-time undergraduate degree), and have obtained the corresponding graduation certificate and degree certificate on time (including those who graduated in 2017);

6. Master's degree candidates must be born after January 1, 1987 (inclusive), and PhD candidates can be relaxed to be born after January 1, 1982 (inclusive);

7. 3. Registration

1. Registration method

This recruitment will take the form of on-site registration.

2. Registration time

Registration time: May 31, 2017 - June 2, 2017 (8:30-11:30 am, 13:30-17:00 pm), late registration will not be accepted.

3. Registration requirements

Applicants must carefully fill in the registration form as required and submit relevant information truthfully. Each applicant can only apply for one position. When registering, bring two copies of the "Registration Form", your graduation certificate, degree certificate, ID card, professional and technical qualification certificate, work certificate, and the Ministry of Education academic certificate electronic registration form (study Originals and copies of relevant information (printed from Xinwang) and other relevant materials, and 3 recent (within 3 months) small-sized 2-inch color photos without a hat. The relevant certificate materials submitted by the applicant must be true, valid, and consistent with the information filled in the "Registration Form".

4. Application qualification review

The recruitment leadership group will conduct a qualification review based on the basic situation of each applicant. The list of qualified candidates will be released on June 9, 2017: 18: It will be announced to the public through the website of Jilin High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee before 00.00.

5. Notes

4. Written test and interview

1. Written test

Postgraduate students will take a written test. A closed-book format will be adopted, and the exam opening ratio will not be less than 1:3. If the exam opening ratio is not reached, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced accordingly or the recruitment for the position will be cancelled, based on the actual situation. The total score of the written test is 100 points, and a score of 60 or above is considered qualified. Among the candidates who pass the written test, the candidates for interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 according to the written test scores from high to low. Applicants who are PhD graduates are exempt from the written test and will not be included in the proportion of interview candidates.

2. Interview

The written test score is a condition for entering the interview and is not included in the total admission score. The interviews were conducted in a structured manner. The interview mainly tests the applicant's language expression, comprehensive analysis and practical problem-solving abilities. The full score is 100 points, and a passing score of 60 or above is required. After the interview, the candidates to be hired will be determined in equal proportions of 1:1 from high to low among those who have passed the interview. If the interview scores of master's students and doctoral graduates are the same, the one with the higher academic qualifications will be selected. If the students with the same academic qualifications and interview scores are the same, the one with the higher written test scores will be selected.

The specific time and location of the written examination and interview will be notified later.

5. Physical Examination, Inspection and Publicity

1. Physical Examination

Physical examination will be organized uniformly, and candidates for physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 based on the ranking of interview scores. .

2. Inspection

Determine the inspection objects according to the ratio of 1:1, and conduct file review and inspection on the integrity, diligence, performance and integrity of the inspection objects. For those who fail the examination, the admission qualification will be cancelled, and the recruitment quota will be reduced.

3. Public announcement

The personnel to be hired will be publicized for 7 days.

6. Employment and benefits

If there is no objection after public announcement, the employment procedures will be completed and relevant benefits will be determined. The initial employment period is one year (including a two-month probation period, and the probation period salary is 80% of the basic salary). After the probation period, those who fail the assessment will be disqualified. After the employment period expires, those who pass the assessment can be re-employed.

The employed personnel will be based on structured salary and performance-linked. After doctoral graduates are formally hired, they will enjoy the benefits of mid-level deputy positions in the internal institutions of the high-tech zone.
