Does the mid-range hotel serve lunch?

Mid-end hotels choose the key points and provide limited services, so as to minimize the service cost and let more guests focus on the experience of core things at the same time. The three major needs of guests for hardware configuration are a good sleep, a good bath and a good breakfast. Mid-range hotels will do these three things well. If the restaurant provides lunch, the labor cost will increase a lot. So I don't eat lunch at all.
