According to the latest deployment of epidemic prevention and control in our city, in order to further build the defense line of "external defense investment and internal defense rebound", the relevant work on strengthening epidemic prevention and control in the field of cultural tourism is hereby notified as follows:

1. Temporarily close cultural and sports venues at all levels. Libraries, museums, cultural centers (stations), art galleries, memorial halls and other cultural places in the city are temporarily closed, and various activities are cancelled or postponed.

Two, temporarily close the business of cultural and entertainment venues. Internet cafes, indoor song and dance venues, KTV, chess room, mahjong room, game and entertainment venues, script killers, etc. It's all closed.

Third, strengthen the dynamic control of tourist attractions. Suspend the opening of indoor places such as A-level tourist attractions and tourist resorts; Outdoor places strictly implement "flow restriction, appointment and peak shifting", and the daily reception capacity shall not exceed 50% of the maximum daily carrying capacity, implement various epidemic prevention and control measures, and strictly implement prevention and control regulations such as health check code, code of conduct, temperature measurement, standard wearing of masks, keeping a safe social distance, ventilation, cleaning and disinfection.

Four, suspend the business activities of travel agencies and online travel enterprises. The city suspended the operation of team tourism and "air ticket+hotel" tourism products and services. For tourism teams that have not traveled, properly handle reasonable demands such as tourists' itinerary adjustment and tour fee refund.

Five, strictly control all kinds of assembly activities. The city has suspended the examination and approval of commercial performances and has passed the suspension of examination and approval. Suspend the organization and reception of all kinds of cultural performances.

Six, strictly implement the hotel epidemic prevention and control measures. Hotels in the city should monitor and register personnel from other provinces and cities in Nanjing according to regulations. Disinfect public facilities and appliances such as elevators, guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens and public toilets on a regular basis. Check the temperature of all guests, so as to find, report and isolate them early. If abnormal body temperature is found, report to the local epidemic prevention department in time.

Follow-up arrangements will be adjusted in time according to the changes in the epidemic situation and announced to the public in advance. This notice shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
