How to take a bus from Mianyang to Yangjia Town's colorful countryside?

Mianyang's "Colorful Garden" (called "Yuanxiang International Herb Garden" in Provence in the west) is located on Yangguan Avenue (a country road between Yangjia Town and Guandi Town) in Fucheng District.
