How to check out without damaging the room facilities?

The check-out process of general hotels is as follows:

(1) Take out all luggage.

(2) Hand in the room card or key at the front desk and notify to check out. According to the law of our country, "hotels should clearly indicate the settlement method of room price and accommodation time in a prominent position in the lobby, or confirm that they have informed the guests of the above information in an appropriate way." Express hotels basically check out at noon 12.

(3) The front desk informs the waiter of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to unsubscribe from the room, make rounds, check for leaks and report to the front desk.

(4) If everything is all right, the front desk will refund the deposit for settlement, and there are items damaged that need compensation.

Precautions:

If the consumer has booked a hotel online, the hotel deposit will be refunded to the bank card bound by the consumer within 1 to 3 working days.

If the consumer does not use the bank card to pay the deposit, the deposit will arrive on the same day. Consumers need to be based on the actual arrival time. When staying in a hotel, the hotel requires consumers to pay a deposit by cash or credit card. After paying the deposit, the front desk staff will issue an invoice or receipt for the consumer.
