SieversCreative is a relationship-focused marketing agency designed to help local businesses achieve their goals. We had the opportunity to speak with Rodger Sievers, CEO of SieversCreative. Please describe the story behind Sievers Creative: what inspired the idea and how it has evolved so far

Sievers Creative was created to provide small and medium-sized businesses with high-quality products at a cost they can afford Established for marketing services. Roger Sievers started working on website and graphic design projects as a side job to pay off his student loans while working full-time as a multimedia manager for a local newspaper group.

After 7-8 years of working part-time, the part-time job became a full-time "part-time job". Roger was in a state of exhaustion from juggling two nearly full-time positions. Jessica and Renee (*** co-owners) took over the day-to-day management of Sievers Creative and took the company to the next level.

9Within nine months of them stepping in to help take over the company, they asked Roger to quit his full-time job at the newspaper group and join Seavers Creative full-time. After four years of total dedication and focus on SieversCreative, we are now a team of 8 with annual growth of approximately 40-50. What is Sievers Creative's mission

To be a force for good. We have decided that a life of influence is far more desirable than a life of luxury. We also realize that there is more to life than money and material possessions.

We believe in empowering ourselves and our teams to give back to our communities, our world and the causes we believe in. Therefore, we set sales goals with giving back as a priority.
