Does the hotel have the right to stay 24 hours?
It takes 24 hours to stay in a hotel. Under normal circumstances, you should enjoy 24-hour service if you stay in a hotel for one day. It is generally recognized that I paid the room rate for one day, so it is reasonable when I check in and when I check out the next day. In fact, the check-out time of any hotel is noon 12 or 2 pm. If you check in in the early morning or even stay less than 12 hours (some hotels will have special rooms in the early morning, and the price is basically half price).
From the perspective of hotel management, the benefits of unified check-out time, cleaning or waiters can better focus on cleaning the room. Items that need to be cleaned, such as the replacement quilt cover, can be transported by the outsourcing cleaning company for cleaning in time. If the time is too late, the employees of the cleaning company either need to clean up the next day near work or need to work overtime. This will increase the cost. Secondly, the check-out time is too early, and some users don't get up, which will increase the user complaint rate, affect the check-in experience and lead to the loss of customers. Check-out time is too late. When new customers check in, there are not enough rooms and vacancies, but there are a lot of vacancies before customers check out. This will lead to the loss of users and low room utilization.
12 or 2 pm check-out time is also very particular. It is generally required to check out at 12, which is basically near tourist attractions. The target customers are mainly tourists and the occupancy rate is relatively high. As tourists, it is impossible to sleep until 12 o'clock, and most of them get up early to play. The lunch time of China people is basically before 12 o'clock. Combining these two points, checking out at noon 12 will not affect users. For consumers who check out at 2 pm, some consumers can guarantee the quality of sleep for 8 hours even if they go to bed at 5 am.
Therefore, based on the above reasons, the hotel will set the check-out time at noon 12 or 2 pm without affecting the check-in experience of most users and the interests of the hotel, so as to achieve national unity.
