In order to effectively guarantee and promote the progress of this project, both parties have reached the following consensus on time limit for a project and other related matters:

1. The total time limit for this project is RMB one million Wu Bai four hundred and sixty-six thousand seven hundred Yuan only.

2. Terms and time for payment of time limit for a project:

1. On the condition that Party B provides the ordering agreement with the furniture factory and the' quality undertaking' issued by the furniture factory for this project, Party A shall pay Party B 2% of the total time limit for a project award within 1 working days after Party B provides the ordering agreement and the quality undertaking, that is, RMB three million nine thousand three hundred and forty Yuan only;

If Party A fails to pay the bonus within the time limit, it shall pay Party B a penalty of 1% of the unpaid amount.

5. by the date of signing this agreement, party b has confirmed that all matters requiring additional fees for this project have been raised with party a, and there are no other issues requiring additional fees. Except for the design changes or changes required by Party A to adjust the project cost as agreed in the main contract, Party B promises not to ask for any cost increase, but it does not include matters that cannot be foreseen before the signing of the agreement and really need to be supplemented.
