The overall facilities of Jiazhou New Town are good, surrounded by schools, health care, living facilities, municipal administration and financial office, and the whole living facilities are complete. The location is good. However, the building density and greening environment are relatively weak, and the plot ratio is high. Huxing design department is too ideal, wasting more space.
