20 19 Exhibition Registration Guide for Beijing Health Tourism Expo

2. Qualifications of exhibitors:

Tourism management agencies, tourism associations, health tourism demonstration bases, tourist attractions (spots), travel agencies, airlines, travel companies, hotels and hotel groups, resorts, tourism media, medical research institutions, medical devices, pharmaceutical production enterprises, relevant medical associations, health check-up enterprises, Chinese medicine health preservation, rehabilitation, leisure health preservation, anti-aging institutions, beauty and fitness enterprises, health pension enterprises, etc.

Note: Medical exhibitors must have relevant business licenses and other documents issued by the host country.

3. Qualification confirmation

After receiving the applicant's application and all booth fees before July 20 19 15, the organizer will confirm the applicant's participation qualification and issue booth confirmation, exhibition guide, booth distribution map and other related materials. The confirmed booth shall not be transferred or rented, and the products inconsistent with the application at the time of registration shall not be displayed on the spot.

4. Booth allocation

The organizer will allocate booths according to the registration order, purchase the booth area and refer to the exhibitors' needs, and notify the exhibitors of the booth number in writing. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the position of the booth. If the exhibitor changes the booth area after submitting the application form, it must notify the organizer in writing (with official seal), otherwise it will be deemed invalid.

5. Quit the exhibition

(1) Units that want to withdraw from the exhibition or change the booth area must submit a written application to the organizer on July 20, 20 19.

(2) Deduct 20% of the exhibition withdrawal fee when the exhibition is withdrawn.

(3) No refund will be given to the units that received the written application for exhibition withdrawal after July 20, 2065438+2009 (subject to the postmark) or those that failed to attend the exhibition.

(4) In case of refund, the fees charged by the bank shall be paid from the refund item. All refunds will be arranged after September 30, 20 19.
