Can I take the hotel bathrobe?

Can't take it away. The pajamas in the hotel are for guests who have the habit of wearing pajamas. They are just a hardware facility in hotel service. Just like beds, lights, clothes hangers and pillows in hotels, they are only for guests to use and cannot be taken away.

Judging from the hotel's check-in pricing, the guest's check-in fee is "the rent and service fee for staying in the hotel", not the hotel's "selling facilities" fee. All the facilities in the hotel are only available for guests who are legally staying to enjoy different facilities and services according to the payment. Except for small items such as disposable cups, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, toilet paper, comb, soap, tea, manuscript paper and so on, guests can only use other items during the payment period without ownership. Therefore, the pajamas in the hotel can only be used by guests and cannot be taken away.
