1. If you insist on not leaving unless necessary, especially if you don't go to a local city with a case report, you must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate when you return to the sea; People who have a history of living in the city with local case reports must have a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate if they really need to go to the sea. Report to the destination village or unit as soon as possible after coming to the sea, and implement corresponding control measures in coordination with territorial norms.

2. Implement "3+ 1 1" health management measures for people who have lived in Shanghai, Jilin, Qingdao and Lianyungang. 4. All units, villages, hotels and construction sites. We should strictly implement the information collation and registration reports of seafarers in key areas such as Shanghai, Jilin, Qingdao and Lianyungang, strictly check the nucleic acid test reports, travel cards and health codes, and implement management measures such as nucleic acid testing, health monitoring and isolated medical observation.

5. Vehicles and personnel going out to sea in the surrounding epidemic areas shall be inspected by each vehicle, and the nucleic acid test report, travel itinerary and health code shall be strictly checked. Transit vehicles are not allowed to enter the country.

6. Actively report tourism information. If you have been to a high-risk area or a city with a local epidemic report in the past 14 days, and you have an intersection with a confirmed case on the same vehicle or activity track, and the health code appears in red or yellow, please report to your village, unit and hotel as soon as possible, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures. Those who deliberately conceal, fail to report in time or fail to comply with epidemic prevention measures such as health monitoring, centralized isolation and bayonet inspection, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will bear legal responsibility.

7. When receiving express delivery and articles from overseas and domestic cities, you should do personal protection, wear masks and disposable gloves correctly, and reduce direct contact; Choose to disassemble the parts in an outdoor ventilated place, do not take the internal and external packaging home, and put it in the category of "other garbage"; The internal and external packaging and express itself that need to be taken home should be fully disinfected with disinfectant according to the principle of "tearing one layer at a time" before use; Disinfect or wash your hands in time after handling the mail express. Identify the contact personnel of articles related to the epidemic situation, report to the village and unit in time, and dispose of them according to the norms.

8. Enhance personal protection awareness. Adhere to the "three-piece epidemic prevention" and keep in mind the "six protection requirements". In case of fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, decreased sense of smell and taste, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms, you should see a doctor in time according to the standard procedures, and take the initiative to inform 14 days of activity track and contact history. Wear a mask all the way to the hospital and don't take public transportation.
