1. Overview
Jiuhua Mountain is located in Qingyang County, Chizhou City, southern Anhui Province. It is one of the four famous Buddhist mountains in China, and it is the Dojo of Tibetan Bodhisattva.
the management Committee of Jiuhuashan Scenic Area has jurisdiction over two scenic spots, namely, the 5A-level Jiuhuashan Scenic Area and the 4A-level Dayuan Cultural Park Scenic Area. One-vote system in Jiuhuashan Scenic Area, the ticket price in peak season is 19 yuan/person. The off-season from November 15th to January 15th every year is the fare of 14 yuan/person. There are no small tickets for each scenic spot and temple. One-vote system for Dayuan Cultural Park scenic spot, and the fare is 18 yuan. Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area is divided into Jiuhua Street Scenic Area, Minyuan Tiantai Scenic Area and Huatai Scenic Area. Dayuan Cultural Park is located at the foot of the mountain, also known as the 99-meter Tibetan icon scenic spot or Jiuhua Buddha scenic spot.
among the three scenic spots in Jiuhua Mountain Scenic Area, Huatai Scenic Area is at the foot of the mountain, and Jiuhua Street Scenic Area and Minyuan Tiantai Scenic Area are on Jiuhua Mountain.
1. Jiuhua Street Scenic Area covers an area of about 4 square kilometers and is the core scenic spot that Jiuhua Mountain must visit. Key monasteries, hotels and old street shops are all in Jiuhua Street Scenic Area. There are Huacheng Temple, Tan Lin (Great Compassion Building), Caishen Temple, Baisui Palace (accessible by cable car), Body Hall, Small Tiantai and so on. Jiuhua Street also has many star-rated hotels, hotels, restaurants, incense sticks, local products shops, small supermarkets and so on. The inn I run, Ruijing Mountain Residence, and the high-quality boutique B&B are all in the center of Jiuhua Street, opposite Dabei Building. It takes five or six hours to visit Jiuhua Street Scenic Area. Food and accommodation are arranged in Jiuhua Street, which is the most convenient.
Friends who travel for a day usually only visit this scenic spot.
2. Tiantai Scenic Area in Minyuan. There are famous temples such as Tiantai and Baijingtai (accessible by cableway) on the mountain, and some natural scenery. There are nunneries and Phoenix Gu Song at the foot of the mountain. It takes two hours at the top of the mountain and two hours at the foot of the mountain in this scenic spot. It takes only ten minutes to get up and down by cableway and three or four hours to climb the mountain on foot.
There are flower terrace scenic spot and icon scenic spot under Jiuhua Mountain.
3. Huatai Scenic Area is a typical granite mountain scenic area with magnificent natural landscape. It is known as the most beautiful place in Jiuhua Mountain. There are many strange peaks in the scenic area, and there are no temples. The mountain is high and the road is dangerous. It was newly built on May 1, 217 and is suitable for young people, climbers and photographers to visit. It is recommended to go up and down by cableway.
4. The scenic spot of the statue of the Bodhisattva Dizang, also known as Dayuan Cultural Park or Jiuhua Buddha, is located next to the tourist service center at the foot of the mountain. It is a 4A-level scenic spot built in 212, with independent ticket sales. Along the central axis, the park can visit about 2 kilometers, including Wutong Bridge, memorial archway, Hongyuantang Tibetan Culture Exhibition Center, Buddha Light Pool, Lotus Pure Land, Dayuan Square and Ba Ding Shui Jiuhua Feitian Music Fountain, and finally reach the 99-meter-high statue of Tibetan Bodhisattva.
Generally, the friends who travel for two days are visiting Jiuhua Street Scenic Area, plus one or two of Minyuan Tiantai Scenic Area, Huatai Scenic Area and Dizang Bodhisattva Icon Scenic Area. You can visit all four scenic spots in three days. I am "Jiuhua Lingshan", and you can find all kinds of raiders and anti-fraud strategies I wrote by searching for "Jiuhua Lingshan". As for the more specific tour route, you can search for another article of mine: "Jiuhua Mountain in Anhui, please savor it with my footsteps".

2. High-speed rail: Chizhou Railway Station is the closest to Jiuhua Mountain in high-speed railway station, followed by Tongling North Station. Chizhou Railway Station is also known as Chizhou high-speed railway station. Visitors from Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing can take the high-speed train to Chizhou. From Beijing, Tianjin and Shandong in the north, you can go to Chizhou Station, Tongling North Station or Hefei South Station and transfer to Chizhou Station. Fujian, Guangdong and other places can take the high-speed train to Tongling North Station. If it is inconvenient to get to these two high-speed railway station cities, you can take the high-speed train to Chizhou Station in Hefei or Nanjing, or take the bus directly to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center.
There is a free shuttle bus directly to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center at the exit of Chizhou Railway Station. You only need to buy a ticket to 5 yuan in Jiuhuashan Scenic Area. Turn left at the exit for 15 meters and there is a direct bus to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center, 12 yuan, 4 minutes. There are also buses, and there are many flights, 5 yuan, 7 minutes. You can also take the bus to Qingyang, get off at Wuxi and transfer to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center. Try not to take taxis and black-headed cars, which are easy to be fooled.
The shuttle bus from Tongling North Station to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center goes directly to 3 yuan for 1 minutes, but the frequency is less. If you don't catch up, you can transfer to Tongling bus station or Qingyang county bus station, which usually takes more than two hours.
3. Long-distance shuttle bus: There are shuttle buses to Jiuhua Mountain in the following places: Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuhan, Anqing, Xuancheng, Hefei, Huangshan City, Huangshan Scenic Area, Qimen, yi county (Hongcun), Lu 'an, Nanchang, Tongling, Fanchang, Wuhu, Chaohu, Dongzhi, Zongyang, langxi and Chizhou.

4. Self-driving: Come from Hefei, follow G3 Jingtai Expressway (Anhui section was originally called Hetaohuang Expressway), cross Tongling Yangtze River Bridge, continue along G3 Expressway, and get off at "Qingyang Jiuhuashan" exit. Nanjing and Wuhu are coming, get on the G5 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway at Wuhu Hub, head for Tongling, cross Tianmen service area for two kilometers, then turn to the Huangshan direction of G3 Expressway, and get off at the Jiuhuashan exit in Qingyang. After crossing Tianmen service area, turn to Huangshan of G3 Expressway for two kilometers, and get off at Jiuhuashan exit in Qingyang. Come from Anqing, Jingdezhen and the east direction, and get off at the exit of "Jiuhuashan North Jiuhuashan Airport" of G5 Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway.
no matter which expressway comes in which direction, it must pass through Wuxi, pass through Jiuhuashan archway, and walk 7 kilometers along S219 provincial road. After passing through Jiuhuashan archway, you will meet three traffic lights in succession, all of which go straight without entering the tourist service center. Go straight until you come to an intersection. It is forbidden to go straight. It always shows a red light. When prompted, turn right again. Look at the road sign and go to Jiuhua Street Scenic Area. One kilometer later, you will meet a "Nanzhuang Ticket Office" which is similar to the expressway toll station. You can buy tickets in one minute without getting off the bus, and then drive the Panshan Highway for 15 minutes to Jiuhua Street, the core scenic spot on the mountain.
● Except for self-driving and chartered car, all other ways to get to Jiuhuashan are to go to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center first (the service content of the Tourist Service Center includes Jiuhuashan Bus Station, scenic spot ticket office and scenic spot bus interchange). The location is Kecun, at the foot of the mountain. Buy tickets and transportation tickets at the tourist service center and then take the scenic bus up the mountain.
● Self-driving cars with less than seven seats can go up the mountain on holidays. During the weekends from February to November and all the long holidays and temple fairs, traffic control will prevent them from going up the mountain. You need to park your car in the three parking lots of the Yamashita Tourist Service Center, the parking lot of Dayuan Cultural Park or the temporary parking lot of Jiuhua Avenue, and then take the scenic bus up the mountain. The starting and ending time of traffic control is determined according to the traffic volume and the parking space saturation of Jiuhua Street, the core scenic spot on the mountain. Please consult me.
● There are many large and small parking lots in the scenic spot, including the front of most hotels, which are all under the unified management of Jiuhuashan Public Security Bureau, and only one parking fee is charged. Only very remote small hotels are free of parking fees. The charging standard is to collect 15 yuan on the same day and 4 yuan overnight. If you go to the rooftop of Houshan, that is, the Phoenix Pine Parking Lot, you will be charged the parking fee of 1 yuan again.
Third, living in Jiuhua Mountain
You can choose to live in the mountain scenic spot (Jiuhua Street) or outside the mountain main scenic spot (Kecun and the tourist service center). It is generally recommended to live in Jiuhua Street, the core scenic spot on the mountain, which is convenient for sightseeing and can feel the atmosphere of Buddhism. If it is night on the first day and traffic control will not be implemented on the second day, you can stay at the foot of the mountain for one night and go up the mountain early the next morning; If you go to the foot of the mountain in the morning or at noon, or if you go to the foot of the mountain at night, but traffic control will be implemented the next day, then it is recommended to go up the mountain and stay at Jiuhua Street.
there is a high-end boutique hotel in Jiuhua Street: half-out and beautiful accommodation, with ten rooms and ten designs, elegant style and comfortable environment, with a price of 6-16; Three four-star hotels: Julong Hotel, Dongya Hotel and Shangketang Hotel, with room rates of 58-188 and holidays of more than 1; Three-star hotels include Longquan Hotel, Bell Tower Hotel, Light Industry Hotel, Jiulianyuan Hotel, golden phoenix Hotel, Jiuhua Mountain Villa, Baisui Mountain Villa, etc. The house price is more than two or three hundred, with five or six hundred on weekends and seven or eight hundred on holidays. In addition, there are dozens of farmhouse hotels, such as my inn, Ruijing Mountain Residence, which has both restaurants and rooms. The room price is 12 yuan -18 yuan/room on weekends, 2-28 yuan/room on weekends and 3-5 on holidays. You can stay at my house, or I can help book other hotels. My phone number is 135329996.
There are five-star Hanyuelou Resort Hotel and Jiarun Gloria Hotel next to the Yamashita Tourist Service Center, four-star Shuijie Resort Hotel, Central Hotel and Yuanhang Boutique Hotel, and three-star Dengyunlou Hotel and many family hotels. The five-star price is 48-68, the four-star price is 28-48, the Samsung price is about 15, and the family hotel is 1-15.
● There are limited rooms in Jiuhua Street. In case of weekends or long holidays, you must make a reservation three to five days in advance; During the temple fair at the end of July of the lunar calendar and the Golden Week, you need to make a reservation one week in advance. In particular, the hotels near the core area of Tan Tan Lin (Dabeilou) are even more nervous.
● When booking a room, you can ask how far it is from Tan Lin (Dabeilou) or Huacheng Temple. It is convenient for anyone within 5 meters.
● The prices of hotels in Jiuhuashan area can be divided into three types: normal price, weekend price and holiday price. Sunday-Thursday is the non-weekend price, Friday and Saturday is the weekend price, and the day before the long holiday is the holiday price.
Fourth, eat
Qingyang County, Kecun, where the tourist service center is located, and Jiuhua Street, the core scenic spot on the mountain. There are many restaurants and small restaurants in these three places. It is recommended to eat in these three places. It is not recommended to go to the grand hotel, but to choose a small restaurant with more characteristics is more authentic and delicious.
most of the ingredients are selected from local delicacies and game. Recommended dishes: snakehead fish, wild boar, pheasant, native chicken, stone fish, pheasant, dried bamboo shoots, Polygonatum sibiricum, tremella, hairy tofu, white tofu, native eggs, etc. The price of game is generally between 1-2, the price of special products is between 5-1, and the price of ordinary vegetarian dishes at home is between 1 yuan and tens of dollars.
My own home cooking in Ruijing Mountain Residence is very good. Besides, I recommend: semi-serving private cuisine (8-2 yuan/person, privately ordered, high-end delicious); Lingshan local restaurant (next to the release pool, convenient and quick).
● The Jiuhua Mountain area is dominated by Anhui cuisine, and pasta and porridge are generally not provided for Chinese food and dinner. Anhui cuisine is generally salty and spicy, and friends with light taste should tell the boss in advance.
5. Tour
1. One-day tour: take a bus to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center and then take the scenic bus up the mountain, or drive to Nanzhuang Ticket Office and then drive up the mountain. Visit Huacheng Temple, Tan Lin (Great Sad Building), Moon Hall, Small Tiantai, Caishen Temple, Baisui Palace and other temples in Jiuhua Street (about 4 hours) and then go down the mountain.
2. Two-day tour: If you arrive at noon on the first day, take the scenic bus up the mountain after handling the tickets at Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center, or drive to Nanzhuang Ticket Office to handle the tickets and then drive up the mountain. On the afternoon of the same day, after visiting the Huacheng Temple, Daitanlin (Dabeilou), Yueshenbaodian, Xiaotiantai, Caishen Temple, Baisui Palace and other temples in Jiuhua Street, stay in the inn or hotel in Jiuhua Street, and the next morning, either take the rooftop cableway to the rooftop scenic spot of the highest peak in Jiuhua Mountain, or take the longest cableway to the Huatai scenic spot in Jiuhua Mountain, the most beautiful mountain scenic spot in Jiuhua Mountain, or visit the 99-meter-long Tibetan Bodhisattva icon scenic spot. If you leave at noon, you can choose one of the three. If you leave the next afternoon, you can also go to two of these three scenic spots.
3. Three-day tour: If you arrive in the evening on the first day, you can arrange a three-day tour. On the first day, you can go to Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center to get tickets, then go up the mountain by car or by scenic bus. You can visit Huacheng Temple, Dabeilou Temple, Caishen Temple and other temples in Jiuhua Street according to the time, then stay in the inn or hotel in Jiuhua Street. The next morning, you can worship the temples such as Yueshen Hall and Baisui Palace. In the afternoon, you can take a bus to Min Garden.
● The itinerary of Jiuhua Mountain can be complicated or simple, and the time can be long or short. But no matter how you arrange it, you should give priority to Jiuhua Street, because the largest temple, the most important scenic spots, hotels and restaurants, and old street shops are all in Jiuhua Street. Jiuhua Street takes 4-6 hours, and it is not too late to decide how to arrange other scenic spots after visiting Jiuhua Street.
● If you are not sure about the itinerary, or want to know more about Jiuhua Mountain, it is recommended to arrange a tour guide in advance. Please don't trust people who attract tourists on the roadside or people who hitchhike under the pretext. Don't pay for any consumption requested or persuaded by anyone without a certificate.
