What is the suitable temperature for hot springs?
34℃ to 36℃ is a mild bath, which has an inhibitory effect on the central nervous system and can calm the mood; Warm water bath at 37℃ to 38℃ can relieve vasospasm, promote blood circulation and eliminate skin tension; 39℃ to 42℃ is a high temperature bath which can improve blood circulation and metabolism. The time to soak in hot springs should be 10 to 20 minutes at a time. If you can take a bath at a mild temperature of 34℃ to 36℃ for a little longer, then the high temperature bath should never be too long.
Due to the different composition of hot springs, the length of time in the bath should also be different. If the main component of the hot spring is carbonic acid, it is necessary to prevent the inhalation of too much carbonic acid gas from causing adverse reactions, so you should take a bath or rest every other day 1 day for 2 days, each time for 8 to 15 minutes.
The time for soaking in hot springs should not be too long. How long it takes depends on the temperature of the water.
