Intranet packet loss is serious

Flow load? Do you know how much traffic the switch can withstand? I think it is at least 10M per second. The hotel's large-area Internet traffic shall not exceed 10M! So I guess it is network cable interference or contact packet loss, and the best solution is to change the network topology! Use a route to separate the floors and then assign them to each room, so that we can find out the reason. Can you find out where it started falling?
