1. When Party B's guests check in at City Easy Hotel according to the agreement, they must report the name of Party B's company and the name of the organizer to the front desk, or show their personal business cards or relevant work certificates consistent with Party B's name.

2. Party B's guests need to pay the house deposit normally when they check in, and signing the bill is not supported.

3. For the reservation of more than 65,438+00 rooms (including 65,438+00 rooms) that day, Party B shall make a reservation one day in advance and pay 30% of the reservation deposit to the front desk of the hotel (the room rate will be automatically offset at the time of check-in, and the deposit for failure to check-in will not be refunded).
