1. The product description clearly states that "unconsumed products can be returned at any time". If the group purchase is successful but the consumer has not made an appointment, you can log on to Ctrip's website, select "Refund" in "Order Now" and return the payment account within 10 working days.

2. The product description clearly indicates the products that support "expired coupons, unconditional refund". If the group purchase coupon expires without reservation, you can log on to Ctrip's website, select "Refund" in "Instant Group Order" and return it to the payment account within 10 working days.

3. If the minimum number of group buyers is not reached at the end of the "Tour Now" in characteristic hotel, Ctrip will refund the money to your payment account within 10 working days.
