According to the' 3 10' action plan, from the opening of Zhangjiajie scenic spot to February 3, 20081day, all scenic spots and vehicles in the country are open to medical personnel free of charge, and medical personnel can apply with doctor's or nurse's certificates and ID cards. In addition, Zhangjiajie will invite individuals who have made outstanding achievements in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19 and who have been commended at or above the provincial level to travel to Zhangjiajie for free in batches, and carry out free tourist reception on the ground.

Not only medical staff, but also vehicles in all scenic spots (with a detailed list) will be given a "buy 1, send 1" discount to domestic and foreign tourists (except those who buy preferential tickets) within two months after the opening of the city's scenic spots. Some hotels and hostels will give domestic and foreign tourists a "stay 1, get 1" discount (detailed list). Zhangjiajie will also introduce monthly travel tickets and annual travel tickets to extend the stay of tourists in Zhangjiajie and increase the number of tourists visiting Zhangjiajie.

In order to attract tourists, Zhangjiajie has introduced a series of preferential measures, including domestic and foreign flight subsidies, giving appropriate incentives to travel agencies, supporting and encouraging the opening of special tourist trains, and rewarding and organizing go on road trip and study tours.
