How to use the points and hotel coupons sent online by Ctrip?

Ctrip coupons are exclusive offers provided by Ctrip. com。

Ctrip members can book hotel and domestic air tickets through official website, Apple mobile client with version 4.3 or above and Android mobile client, and can use coupons to participate in cashback activities;

Scope of use: all hotels, air tickets, tourism and holiday products with "cash back" logo;

Hotel order:

E-mail confirmation is required after the order is closed, and the returned cash will be credited to "My Ctrip", "Asset Account" and "Cash Account" within three working days after the order is closed and the e-mail confirmation is completed (e-mail confirmation is valid within 90 days after staying in the hotel, and cannot be confirmed after the deadline).

Air ticket order:

If the adult air ticket is successfully booked by using the coupon, and the email confirmation is completed within 7 days from the booking date to the flight departure, the actual amount of the coupon will be returned to your "cash account" in Ctrip within 10 working days after the flight departure;

Cash can be withdrawn from Ctrip's "cash account" through bank debit card withdrawal, Ctrip points redemption and gift card redemption.

Ctrip coupons cannot be deducted directly from the room rate and air ticket.
