On July 16, I went to Qingdao with my mother, sister, and brother.

Starting from home, I drove about 600 kilometers to Qingdao. When I got to the seaside, I saw the magnificent sea. I remember once reading an article called the sea. The water in the sea is not as smooth and quiet as the West Lake, but it is more majestic than the West Lake. At the seaside, we took a boat about two kilometers to the opposite island. There were starfish and kelp under the island. Looking down from the small island, one can see the waves in the sea one after another. As the wind blows, the waves are getting higher and higher, which is very spectacular. We got on the boat and returned to the shore, where we caught fish with the tourists and watched the endless sea.

Then, we took a bus to the underwater world. The fish inside were of various shapes and colors, and they were so beautiful that I was dazzled by them. Some of the fish on the seabed are in groups, looking for food together; some are watching the scenery alone; some fish are shy when they see us and hide among the dense plants. Finally, we enjoyed the mermaid show in the underwater world. We watched the mermaids swimming freely in the sea. It was so beautiful! Watching the wonderful performance, I couldn't help but applaud.

This trip to Qingdao made me forget to leave. I thought to myself: I must come to Qingdao again to have a good time! Qingdao Travel Diary 2

In August, early in the morning on the 24th, our family traveled to Qingdao together. I was finally able to go to Qingdao, which I dreamed of, where the sailing competition of the just-concluded 29th Olympic Games was held.

When we arrived in Qingdao, we first took a taxi to the hotel. After packing our things, we started the first stop of our trip to Qingdao - Zhanqiao. It is a sea sightseeing platform used to connect the land and the sea. It is tall and big. I think it may be because the waves in Qingdao are very big and it is built so high to be waterproof. Standing on the beautiful trestle, looking at the wide, blue sea, I felt relaxed and happy.

The next day, we went to visit the underwater world and aquarium. I saw giant whales, seals, and various fish on display playing and playing in the water. After that, we came to May Fourth Square and visited the place where the sailing competition was held. Tourists from all over take photos and play here. My parents and I also took many photos as souvenirs.

After visiting the May 4th Square, we came to the First Bathing Beach. Stepping on the golden beach, we walked into the sea and joined the swimming crowd. I started swimming with great interest.

After a long drive, my father and I finally arrived at the beautiful city of Qingdao. Early the next morning, we first came to the Naval Museum. The first thing we saw were retired aircraft and mines of different shapes and colors. I also personally played with various anti-aircraft machine guns. I was so excited! Then we came to the underwater world. I saw a variety of ocean fish in the transparent glass tank, including large sharks, swordfish, swordfish, etc., as well as turtles and various corals of different shapes and colors. It was an eye-opener for me. What excites me the most is the dolphin show. There are four cute dolphins. They can do math problems, jump very high, and can pass through hoops...

Finally, my father and I put on life jackets and sat on the sea together. Getting on the speedboat, the speedboat is moving forward at a very fast speed, just like a car driving on the highway. In the distance, you can vaguely see the slogan "Meet in Qingdao in 2008". My father told me that there will be a sailing competition here in the 2008 Olympic Games. I sincerely hope that our country’s athletes, big sisters and big brothers, will win more gold medals and bring glory to the country.

Qingdao Travel Diary 4

One day during the summer vacation, our family of three took a bus to Qingdao for a trip.

After several hours of driving, the car finally arrived at the beautiful coastal city of Qingdao. Walking on the streets of Qingdao, I found that the roofs of the houses and high-rise buildings here were all red, which looked very beautiful.

We took a large sightseeing boat to explore the sea. The fresh sea breeze blew against my face, and the sea surface had ripples like fish scales. I also saw jellyfish like small umbrellas. The boat was traveling quickly on the sea, and the waves stirred up by the stern were like two flying white dragons.

In Qingdao, I also visited the famous "Qingdao Beer Festival". When we arrived at the square where the Oktoberfest was held, what we saw was a circular fountain, which sprayed out water and sprinkled the world like a meteor shower. There is a large tower-shaped shelf next to it, filled with barrels of beer, which is simply a "beer tower". There are also performers in the square, some selling snacks, and some people pretending to be familiar animated characters to children, including Doraemon, Mickey, and my favorite Pleasant Goat. We played until very late and reluctantly left the Oktoberfest Square.

Beautiful Qingdao, beautiful sea, I will never forget this trip to Qingdao.
