Palace institutions in Qing dynasty. Located in the south of Yuehuamen in the Forbidden City, it was once the place where Emperor Kangxi studied. Founded in the 16th year of Kangxi (1677), he served as a bachelor's lecturer Zhang Ying and a cabinet bachelor's title Gao Shiqi. This is the beginning of choosing Hanlin literati to enter the south study, that is, Lu Zhi, the courtier. Hanlin entered the south study room and became a literary attendant. He is always called to study and give lectures. Always serve the emperor, prepare consultants, discuss classics and history, and talk about poetry. Every time the emperor went out on patrol, he followed suit. The emperor improvised poems, made comments and so on. Then he often wrote imperial edicts and imperial edicts on behalf of the emperor and participated in maintenance. Being close to the emperor has certain influence on the emperor's decision-making, especially on the promotion of ministers. Therefore, although the status of value-added people is not obvious, they are respected. After the establishment of the military department in Yongzheng dynasty, the imperial edict was written as a full-time minister of military aircraft, and the south study room was still a place where Hanlin was valued, but he no longer participated in government affairs. Some scholars in the Qing Dynasty regarded it as an important place and were proud to enter it. Notes of the South Study Room in the First Historical Archives of China is a rare file of the South Study Room found so far.
