Accidents happen from time to time in daily life or work and study. In order to avoid things getting worse, it is always necessary to prepare an emergency plan in advance. What formats should I pay attention to when writing emergency plans? The following is my hotel industry fire emergency plan, I hope it will help you.

1. Housekeeping Department's prevention and monitoring of fire accidents

(1) Three-level responsibility system is implemented, and the general manager, department manager and team appoint the person in charge of fire prevention step by step, and the principle of "whoever is in charge is responsible" is implemented for all hotel safety accidents;

(2) The guest room should be marked "No Smoking in Bed", with "Safety Instructions for Guests" and a "Fire Evacuation Map" to remind guests to read and master some self-help knowledge;

(3) Without the approval of the hotel fire control center, personnel of all posts are not allowed to carry out hot work in the hotel, nor are they allowed to let outsiders managed by this department carry out hot work. The combustible garbage in the area should be cleaned up in time and properly, and it is not allowed to accumulate;

(4) All kinds of open-flame stoves and high-power electrical equipment are not allowed to be used in the guest room. If necessary, they must be approved by the hotel fire control center and properly registered;

(5) After the guest checks out, the waiter should check whether there are any kindling, dangerous goods and other items left in the room in time. Employees should put out cigarette butts in time when cleaning the ground and handlebars.

(6) Strictly abide by the inspection system of building inspection. The floor attendant should check the responsibility area at least once every half hour. Check whether there are any hidden dangers of fireworks, and handle them in time. The fire-fighting facilities, equipment, signs and places within the jurisdiction of the housekeeping department, including smoke detectors, automatic sprinklers, fire-fighting devices, alarm devices, fire-fighting signs, fire exits, etc., shall be patrolled and monitored by special personnel and recorded;

(7) Don't place flammable items and sundries near the charger. Before using flammable materials, ensure that there is no open flame around, and only use them when conditions are suitable;

(8) The floor attendant is responsible for preventing and prompting anyone to smoke in the "forbidden area", and it is strictly forbidden to use fire and throw cigarette butts, matches and other things everywhere in the lounge;

(9) It is forbidden to use self-provided electric heating appliances for guests;

(10) Long-term residents who rent rooms, apartments and writing rooms should declare to the hotel in advance and go through the formalities of change registration, and are not allowed to stay overnight without permission; The use of self-provided electrical equipment should be approved by the store and installed by the electrician designated by the hotel;

(1 1) The guest room area shall be properly equipped with fire escape appliances. The guest room floor should be equipped with exit signs and emergency lighting, and debris should not be piled up in the safe evacuation passage; (12) The emergency door leading to the outside of the building should not only ensure emergency evacuation, but also prevent irrelevant personnel from entering at will. One-way locks and electromagnetic doors can be used. Floor pipe wells shall be blocked according to relevant regulations, and sundries shall not be placed in manholes.

2. Response classification

According to the size of the fire is divided into Ⅱ level response:

Class I response: With the cooperation of the fire department and the hotel fire center, if the fire cannot be extinguished and controlled, and casualties and property safety have been caused or may be caused, the hotel emergency command team should lead and direct the emergency treatment of the fire accident;

Level II response: According to the actual situation, it is determined that the small fire can be put out by the department and the hotel fire center, and the department leader will coordinate and direct the emergency treatment of fire accidents.

3. 1. Fire alarm

Fire detectors (such as smoke and temperature) in the building automatically report the fire to the fire monitoring center;

Once all hotel employees find a fire (a fire that one person can't put out), they must call the police, report the fire to the hotel fire monitoring center through the manual alarm button, fire telephone or other telephones in time, report to the department manager at the same time, and call the police through the internal telephone. Explain the fire location, the type of burning substance, the fire situation, the name, post and department of the alarm personnel.

If it is found that the fire is already large and tends to spread, it must be reported to the hotel emergency commander immediately, and the police can only be called after the consent of the commander 1 19.

3.2. Pre-treatment of fire

(1) If a person is present and the fire is very small, it is absolutely certain to put out the fire. Put out the fire first, and then call the fire center to inform the fire location and extinguishing situation.

(2) If there is a person present and there is no absolute assurance of fire fighting, you must call the police first and then put out the fire.

(3) If the fire is not big, there are more than two people present at the scene of the fire, one will call the police and the others will put out the fire first.

(4) If it is relatively large and the personnel present are not strong enough, first close the doors and windows in the fire area to prevent the fire from spreading, then call the police and notify the department manager at the same time. At the same time, prepare fire-fighting equipment and wait for the arrival of backup personnel before putting out the fire.

(5) After the manager arrives at the floor where the fire broke out, if the fire is in the early stage, a temporary fire fighting command team of housekeeping department will be set up according to the actual situation, and the command team will be located on the burning floor. The department manager is responsible for adjusting the collective manpower and equipment for the temporary commander-in-chief, organizing all personnel on the floor to take fire-fighting and rescue equipment to the scene and put out the fire according to the correct fire-fighting method;

(6) On the basis of the confirmation of the fire by the hotel fire center, fully cooperate with the hotel firefighters to control or put out the fire, in which the fire caused by electrical appliances or lines shall be notified to the hotel engineering department in time and cooperate with the fire extinguishing;

(7) Housekeeping department should prepare enough wet towels for guests and firefighters to prevent smoke from choking people. When necessary, organize and guide local guests to evacuate, check and clean corridors and security doors to ensure smooth corridors and facilitate guests' evacuation; Answer the guest's questions at any time, and let the guest stay calm and don't panic. Check to find the fire source. If there are people trapped, they should first cooperate with the hotel firefighters to rescue the people trapped by the fire immediately, and if allowed, they can take away important documents in time.

(8) When the fire is organized by the hotel itself and can be put out, don't disturb the fire department. However, it must be reported to the fire department for the record afterwards.

3.3. Disposal measures when the fire is out of control

(1) When the fire spreads to other floors and the department is unable to control the fire, the department manager should organize the personnel of the department to obey the unified leadership and dispatch of the hotel emergency commander, actively cooperate with rescuers and other relevant departments, and do a good job in fire emergency evacuation on the premise of fully protecting the guests and themselves.

(2) The floor service personnel must immediately send an evacuation signal after learning the evacuation order issued by the hotel fire center layer by layer. According to the correct evacuation order, the order is the fire floor and its adjacent upper and lower floors, the fire floor above, and the fire floor below. Under the unified leadership of the evacuation team leader, organize the evacuation of guests and do a good job of appeasement. Under the guidance of the staff, evacuate the hotel from the nearest evacuation passage, instead of taking the elevator;

(3) The room attendant is responsible for checking the evacuation situation, including whether there are any guests who have heard the evacuation notice, whether there are any guests with mobility difficulties, whether there are cigarette butts and closed lights, and whether the main exits are clear. The floor attendant should quickly check whether there are guests in the room, close the door after the inspection, make a "checked" sign on the door, and make records. Don't miss it.

(4) Evacuate inflammable and dangerous goods, such as gas tanks, oxygen cylinders and other items that may help to support combustion;

(5) After the personnel are evacuated to a safe place, the guests should be concentrated, and the housekeeping department should send someone to cooperate with the front office and the security department to register and verify the number. When all rooms and public areas are checked and it is confirmed that there are no guests, the room attendant will immediately evacuate with others.

(6) If there is a guest room fire, send someone to stay on guard after extinguishing the fire.

(7) If there is no fire in the housekeeping department, the manager and waiter on duty should be on standby at any time, quickly check whether all passages are clear, obey the command, and be ready to inform the guests to evacuate at any time.

3.4. Deal with the aftermath

(1) After full evacuation, the housekeeping department should count its own personnel and check whether all the people have been evacuated from the dangerous area;

(2) Cooperate with the front office service personnel to do a good job of temporary residence for guests.

(3) Clean up the scene under the arrangement of the hotel emergency office, and cooperate with the public security organs to protect the scene when necessary to meet the requirements of evidence collection.
