Hotel cleaning procedures and details

The hotel cleaning process and details are preparation, entering the room, inspection, cleaning garbage, and making the bed.

1. Preparation

Check whether the work vehicle is clean and whether the supplies are complete. Place the room cleaning tool box at the bottom of the work cart, containing cleaning tools such as detergent, toilet brushes, and scouring pads.

2. Enter the room

Record the room status and time on the guest room cleaning report, open all curtains, and open the windows for ventilation. All guest cloths must be removed from the room. Grass (sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, face towels, bath towels, floor towels).

3. Inspection

Check all lighting fixtures to see if they are intact and effective. Inspect and inspect room facilities, promptly report and repair damaged equipment and facilities, and record them in the cleaning report.

4. Clean the garbage

Take out the trash cans and ashtrays in the room and dump them. Before dumping, check whether there are documents or valuable items in the trash cans and the ashtrays. Check whether there are unextinguished cigarette butts in the bathroom, including garbage in the bathroom. Wipe out trash cans and put on new trash bags.

5. Make the bed

Check whether the bed and bed protector are neat and clean. Stand at the end of the bed (or one side of the bed) in a standard posture, and place all items according to the standard requirements. Put them neatly. Check whether the cleaning is clean and tidy, whether the furniture is neatly placed, whether there are any debris on the carpet, and whether cleaning utensils are left in the room. Close the door and exit, making sure the door is fully closed.
