7. Review and evaluate the annual operating budget and final accounts report of the hotel drafted by the general manager of the hotel.

8. Review and evaluate the annual salary budget and final accounts report of the hotel drawn up by the general manager of the hotel.

9. Review and evaluate the annual marketing budget and final accounts of the hotel drafted by the general manager of the hotel.

10. Supervise and guide the work of hotel managers appointed by the company, and put forward assessment opinions to the company on a regular basis.

1 1. Review the hotel's personnel management system and the employment of personnel in important positions, and promote the hotel to form a positive, healthy and sustainable modern corporate culture.

12. Supervise and participate in the hotel's daily financial management, procurement management, cash flow management, debt management and other financial work to protect the company's interests from infringement.

13. Supervise and guide the financial department of the hotel to implement the relevant national taxes, laws, regulations and guidelines, ensure legality, and stop, correct and report financial behaviors that violate laws and company regulations in time.

4. Be responsible for auditing hotel finance and various financial-related work processes and operating standards to ensure the legality, rationality and feasibility of each process. Supervise and inspect the operation of hotel accounting, accounting treatment and cost control. Participate in hotel tax planning and auditing.

15. Review the hotel's financial statements, business statements, sales statements, personnel statements, contracts and other important work statements and reports, report the hotel's financial status and operating conditions to the company on time and truthfully, and provide professional evaluation opinions to the company on a regular basis.

16. Supervise and evaluate the implementation of hotel asset management, use and maintenance to ensure its integrity and benign operation.

Responsibilities of the hotel owner's representative II

1. Assist the owner company and the management team to apply for relevant business licenses before the hotel opens. And maintain good communication and relationship with the issuing department.

2. Fully convey the core values of the owner's company, conduct daily communication and coordination with the management on behalf of the owner, ensure the smooth flow of information between the two parties, timely convey effective information, instructions, documents and notices, and coordinate the relationship between the owner and the management.

3. Coordinate the owner company and the hotel finance department to complete the establishment of the merger and convergence system and process of the owner and hotel accounts.

4. Supervise the hotel management to complete FF&; E, inventory and classification of SOE and various items, and coordinate the registration procedures and management system of fixed assets with the owner's finance department.

5. Supervise the daily financial operation of the hotel to ensure that the hotel management company makes rational use of the resources provided by the owners. Review all kinds of financial statements of the hotel to ensure their accuracy and compliance with the relevant provisions of the hotel management contract, and report to the owner in time if there are differences and problems.

6. Huitong Hotel Management maintains a good working relationship with audit companies, tax authorities and other government agencies. Ensure that the hotel management prepares financial statements and tax returns on time and abides by national laws and regulations. Ensure that hotel management files accounting data according to national regulations for inspection by relevant departments and government agencies.

7. Review the cash flow of the hotel, apply for funds from the owner according to the hotel management contract or pay the operating profit to the owner according to the hotel operation.

8. Bank reconciliation table, responsible for auditing the business accounts and opening accounts of hotels, and supervising the acquisition and renewal of various hotel business licenses and permits.

9. Check the annual market development plan, operating budget and asset renewal plan of the hotel for the final approval of the owner.

10. Provide the financial director of the hotel management with work support within his ability, improve the internal financial operation process, and improve the work quality and efficiency of the whole team. Review the internal control system of hotel management and its implementation, and put forward opinions and suggestions to the owner.

Work content:

1. Timely and efficiently complete the hotel preparations such as office lease, license handling and project acceptance, and supervise the hotel opening team to timely and efficiently complete the first-and second-level procurement, personnel recruitment training, establishment of management system and operation manual, and marketing. Ensure the opening ceremony is successful and the hotel opens as planned.

2. Supervise the hotel to operate legally according to the management contract and the agreement between the hotel company and the joint-stock company, and supervise the management team to effectively safeguard the safety of hotel personnel, property and assets.

3. Supervise the hotel to provide timely and high-quality services, submit the start-up budget, annual operating budget and other reports as required by the operation department, and put forward reasonable suggestions.

4. Ensure that all hotels to be built are opened within the budget. The hotels that have already opened make feasible and challenging operating budgets, and finally complete the budget targets of all hotels.

5. Actively cooperate with all the work of the Operation Department, and submit all kinds of reports with high quality in time. Take the interests of the owner as the starting point, deal with various problems on site in a timely and efficient manner, and report major problems to the operation department in time.
