Which district of Hong Kong does Tsim Sha Tsui belong to?
Geographically, Tsim Sha Tsui is a promontory at the southern tip of Kowloon Peninsula, adjacent to Hung Hom Bay. Before moving the mountain to fill the sea, a narrow and sharp beach was formed at its southern end because the nearby sea water was blocked by Guanyong Mountain, which was very obvious in topography. Tsim Sha Tsui's original coastline was along Salisbury Road and Chatham Road. There used to be two parallel endpoints: Kowloon Corner and Blackhead Corner. There is a small bay between the two ends. After many reclamation projects, today's Tsim Sha Tsui has increased a lot of land area, but it is still a highly developed area and has always been the heart of Hong Kong.
Jiandong, referred to as Jiandong for short, was originally a British military camp. Coupled with the reclamation project in Hung Hom Bay in the1970s, the scale today is formed. It is a commercial and entertainment district in the east of Kowloon, Hong Kong. Tsim Sha Tsui is bounded to the west by Chatham Road South and East Railway Station and Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, and to the north by Hung Hom Station, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hung Hom.
Tsim Sha Tsui is mainly engaged in business and tourism activities during the daytime, and there is a seaside promenade from the Bell Tower to Hung Hom Station. There are several parks next to it, which are popular places for many couples to fall in love. In the evening, bars, nightclubs, karaoke and other entertainment places are the most lively. In the mid-1990s, 1990 was the center of MLM company. Many multinational MLM companies have set up branches here, but now they have all moved out or closed down. In addition, the Hong Kong Science Museum and the Hong Kong Museum of History are also located here.
There are also many hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui East, from north to south: JAL Hotel, Jiafu Hotel with Sea View, Yuan Di Hotel and Shangri-La Hotel.

By the Ming Dynasty, it had developed into a settlement.
