When the signal commander gives an action command, he should first call the number of the tower crane being commanded, and the tower crane action command can only be given after the tower crane operator responds. At the same time, the signal commander must always visually observe the hook and hanging object of the tower crane. During the operation of the tower crane, the commander should look around the nearby tower crane and other facilities and give instructions in time. Safety instructions should be clear, short, complete and clear. When the tower crane is suspended for a long time, the hook should be hoisted to the highest and nearest position, and the boom should be parked in the downwind position. Four.
