2. Party A shall notify Party B of the maintenance of the leased premises and its ancillary facilities, and Party B shall actively assist and cooperate. After Party B requests Party A to repair the leased house, Party A shall provide maintenance services in time, but Party A is not obliged to repair the decoration part of Party B;

3. Party B shall reasonably use the leased premises and its ancillary facilities. The losses and maintenance expenses of the house and its ancillary facilities caused by Party B's improper management and use shall be borne by Party B, and Party B shall be responsible for compensating the losses of Party A..

4. Party B shall notify Party A in time when it finds the equipment failure, and Party B shall bear all losses caused by its negligence or failure to notify Party A in time to repair the equipment failure.

5. During the lease period, without the consent of Party A, Party B shall not change the structure and use of the leased house ... To decorate or add equipment that will affect the structure of the house, Party A's written consent shall be obtained in advance.

6. After the lease expires, Party B shall ensure that the house and supporting facilities are intact. If the house and supporting facilities are damaged due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall be liable for compensation. When Party B returns the house, it shall also ensure the cleanliness of the house.

Article 8 Transfer and sublease of rented houses
