Introduction to Li Zhishun

Li Zhishun, male, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China in February 1964, from Changyuan County, Henan. He studied under Mr. Hou Ruixuan, a "national treasure" master and the first chief chef of Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Former chairman of Zhengzhou Yishunxuan Catering Co., Ltd., general manager of Yishunxuan Hotel, current general manager of Henan Lubanzhang Catering Co., Ltd., concurrently deputy secretary-general of Henan Catering Industry Association, visiting professor of Henan Provincial Vocational and Technical College, Henan Jinding Vocational Skills Training Deputy director of the center, secretary-general of the Henan Famous Chef Professional Committee, director of the Henan Chef Rising Star Club, executive director of the Henan Hotel Industry Chamber of Commerce, director of the Culinary Technology Department, and vice president of the "Hometown of Chefs" Changyuan County Culinary Association.
