Driving from Guangzhou to Shaoguan, we will try Hakka food in Shixing at noon. After arriving in Nanxiong, we will go to Zhuji Ancient Alley, "the most beautiful street in Guangdong", which is the fusion of Lingnan culture and overseas Chinese culture. Perfect combination. There are ancestral halls with more than 20 surnames on both sides of the ancient alley, so you might as well trace your roots and ancestors. At night, we stayed at a family hotel in Zhuji Lane. The family had a great time tasting moon cakes and admiring the moon in an antique environment.

D2: Zhuji Ancient Alley - Dayu, Jiangxi - Nanxiong - Renhua Danxia Mountain - Shaoguan City

It is already afternoon after arriving. It is recommended to visit Chuxi. It is an original ecological ancient village like a paradise, with ancient stone streets and earth buildings. The earth buildings are in the architectural style of three circles and one square.

It is recommended to stay in Xiayang Town at night, such as Kedu International Hot Spring Resort, Quanyuan Hot Spring Resort, etc., where you can enjoy the moon while soaking in the rare hot springs in western Fujian. D3: Nanxi Tulou - Return

It takes about half an hour to drive from Yongding city towards Hukeng to Nanxi Xi, return from the original route of Nanxi via Meizhou.

After soaking in hot springs to recharge, we went to the Nanxi Earth Building Group in Hukeng Town, Yongding on the last day. There are hundreds of earth buildings of different sizes and shapes, winding for more than ten kilometers. Known as the "Great Wall of Earth Buildings", it is quite spectacular. After lunch, we have to rush back to Guangzhou, which takes 9 hours. (Special note: This kind of trip is a bit hard. If you can take an extra day to rest, you can upgrade it to a 4-day self-driving route. It is better to stay overnight in Meizhou on the return trip).
