On November 10th and 11th, I did not go out at Jianzu Clinic.

On November 12, I went to Jianzu Clinic around 8:00, went to the nucleic acid sampling site of the county hospital around 22:40, and returned to Times Lidu Community around 23:20.

On November 13, at Jianzu Clinic from 8:00 to 23:30; at around 23:45, we went to the nucleic acid sampling point of the county hospital.

On November 14, I went to the first department of inpatient surgery on the 8th floor of the county hospital at 9:10, and returned to Jianzu Clinic around 9:30.

On November 11, I went to Beicaidian Kindergarten in the county around 7:30.

On November 12th and 13th, I did not go out in the Mingda Commercial and Residential Building.

On November 14, from 9:00 to 13:45, I visited Jianzu Clinic, Xinlianxin Life Supermarket, and Hongxiang Vegetable and Aquatic Products Store on Hanping Road, Xingguo Town.
