Pros and Cons of Sofitel Hunterdon

The Sofitel's lounge is less crowded and quiet, almost like a private room. Afternoon tea offers 5 desserts, 3 fried items and 4 fruits. It is a pity that there is no Sofitel's iconic éclair, but the small mascarpone puff has a good taste and solid ingredients. In the evening happy hour, there are 5 new desserts and 4 salty snacks. Hot dishes and soups are provided. The hot dishes include spicy chicken, roasted pork ribs and saury, but the taste is average. The desserts are not as delicious as afternoon tea, but they are salty. The lobster bisque in it was amazing, I drank more than a dozen servings in a row, and the lightly fried tuna was also good.
