Northeast crude oil pipeline
Northeast China is the main base of crude oil production, including Daqing Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield and Jilin Oilfield. The output of crude oil accounts for about 53.5% of the national total output, and the crude oil pipeline reaches 3399.6 kilometers.
Since 1966, the annual output of Daqing Oilfield has reached 10668900 tons, and the proven oil resources have not been fully developed. 1In July, 970, Premier and Vice Premier Li Xiannian discussed with Yu and Kang, and decided to use the reserve resources of Daqing Oilfield in advance, and decided to concentrate on the construction of Daqing crude oil export pipeline. On August 3rd, 1970, the Northeast Pipeline Construction Leading Group held a meeting to make formal preparations and named it "Northeast Project 83".
The "August 3rd" project in Northeast China started from Daqing to Fushun on the Qingfu Line. After crossing Nenjiang River from Maoxing, Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province, this pipeline passes through Songyuan, Nong 'an, Changchun, Gongzhuling, Lishu and Siping in Jilin Province, enters Changtu, Liaoning Province, passes through Tieling, and finally reaches Fushun, an industrial city with concentrated refineries. The terminal station is located in Le Kang Village, Fushun, and supplies oil to Fushun No.1, No.2 and No.3 oil plants through branch lines. The Qing-Fu line has a total length of 596.8 kilometers, including 558.6 kilometers of pipeline with a diameter of 720 mm, which started in September 1970, put into trial operation in August 197 1 and was officially transported in October 3 1. The total investment of the project is 293 million yuan and the annual oil transportation capacity is 20 million tons. This is the first time that China has built a long-distance and large-diameter pipeline to transport "three high" crude oil.
After the completion of Qingfu Line, the headquarters formally established a survey and design institute (later merged with the design institute of the Pipeline Bureau to form a pipeline survey and design institute), and all the construction teams were transferred in, officially compiled into one, two and three pipeline projects (later renamed as one, two and three pipelines). Since then, the continuation project has changed the people's bellicose practice under the condition of forming a professional team. Tieling-Qinhuangdao pipeline 1972, Daqing-Tieling double track 1973+00, Tieling-Dalian pipeline 1974+00. During this period, short-distance pipelines such as Fushun-Anshan Refinery, No.2 Petroleum Plant to Liaoning Power Plant, Dandong-Xinyizhou and Panjin-Jinxi Petroleum Plant were also built. By1September, 1975, eight oil pipelines were built in five years, ***247 1 km, of which the trunk line was 2 18 1 km, forming three oil pipelines with Tieling Station as the hub, connecting Daqing to Fushun, Daqing to Qinhuangdao and Daqing to Dalian, and gradually forming the northeast pipeline network.
The "August 3rd" project in Northeast China has explored the organization, construction and management mode in line with China's national conditions for pipeline construction, and laid the normative foundation for the survey and design, engineering construction and operation management of crude oil pipelines in China.
East China crude oil pipeline network
The main oilfield in East China is Shandong Shengli Oilfield, which is the second largest oilfield after Daqing Oilfield. After Shengli Oilfield was put into development, two pipelines, Dongying-Xindian (1965) and Linyi-Jinan (1972), were successively built to directly transport oil to Qilu and Jinan refineries. 1974, after the completion of the Dongying-Huangdao oil pipeline, crude oil began to be transported into the sea from Huangdao oil port; 1975, the pipelines from Shandong to Yizheng and Dongying to Linyi were completed, and the pipeline network in East China was opened. Crude oil can be transported by water from Yizheng oil port in Gongjiang. The Cangzhou-Linyi pipeline in Hebei Province was built in 1978, and the Puyang-Linyi pipeline in Henan Province was built in 1979. Some crude oil from East China Oilfield and Zhongyuan Oilfield also entered the East China crude oil pipeline network. Yizheng oil transportation station (oil depot) on the north bank of the Yangtze River has become the largest crude oil transshipment base in East China, which not only supplies oil to Nanjing Refinery, but also transports it to refineries along the Yangtze River through Yizheng Oil Port. The total length of East China crude oil pipeline is 2718.2km. ..
East China crude oil pipeline network was planned when the Luning line from Linyi to Nanjing was built. Later, it was only built in Yizheng, Jiangsu Province, also called Luning line. The construction of Luning pipeline spans Shandong, Anhui and Jiangsu provinces. In the construction of this pipeline, the headquarters put forward the loud slogan "Pipeline is an industry, the whole world is home, we are proud of our efforts and enjoy fighting". The Luning Line1975101October 20th was officially started. It was put into production in July, 1978, with a total length of 652.58 kilometers and an annual transportation capacity of 20 million tons. Designed by Pipeline Survey and Design Institute, and constructed by Pipeline Company I, II and III.

Linyi-Jinan (Lin Ji Line) was completed and put into operation on 1973, with a total length of 67.3 kilometers and an annual oil transportation capacity of 165438+ 10,000 tons. Crossing three major rivers (Yellow River, Tu Hai and Xiaoqing River), the Yellow River crossing adopts pipe jacking construction.
Linyi Double Track 199 1 was completed and put into operation. The total length is 69.5 kilometers, and the annual oil transportation capacity is 6.5438+0.5 million tons. The double track crosses 465,438+0 rivers, 7 trunk highways and 3 railways. The Yellow River crossing is constructed by sand washing and settlement method. Qilin Line and Lin Ji Double Line are designed by Shengli Oilfield Design Institute and constructed by Shengli Oilfield Construction Company.
Dongying-Huangdao (East Yellow Line) was completed in 1973 and put into operation in July/974, with an original length of 248.93km, designed by Shengli Oilfield Design Institute and constructed by Shengli Oilfield Construction Company. After the Pipeline Bureau took over, the whole line was technically reformed on 1984. The total length of the pipeline is 245.32km, and the annual oil transportation capacity is100000 tons. In July, 1986, after the completion of the Donghuang double-track line, the Donghuang line was immediately swept and stopped. On August 23rd, Kloc-0/998, oil transportation was resumed (Shengli oil was transported by Donghuang line, and imported oil was transported by Donghuang double line). The reconstruction and restoration project was designed by the original pipeline survey and design institute, and was constructed by the pipeline installation company and Shengli oil transportation company affiliated to Pipeline Company 4.
Donghuang double track, 1985 started,1July 986 17 started. The total length is 248.52 kilometers, the design pressure is 6.5 MPa, and the annual oil transportation capacity is 20 million tons. This is the first automatic oil pipeline built in China, designed by the Pipeline Survey and Design Institute. Land refined oil pipeline
The earliest long-distance product oil pipeline in China is Gejie product oil pipeline, which started construction on 1973, starting from Golmud City, Qinghai Province and ending in Lhasa City, Xizang Autonomous Region. 1977 10 All the projects have been basically completed. Total length of the pipeline 1080 km, with an annual throughput of 250,000 tons.
The General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army of China organized the construction of Jiela product oil pipeline, and the oil pipeline group of the Qinghai-Tibet Military Station of the General Logistics Department implemented Jiela to cross the Chuma River, Tuotuo River, Tongtianhe River and other 108 rivers at the source of the Yangtze River, and across 9 mountains such as Kunlun Mountain and Tanggula. More than 900 kilometers of pipelines are located in severe cold areas with an altitude of more than 4,000 meters (the highest point is more than 5,200 meters), and 560 kilometers are laid in frozen soil areas. The thickness of frozen soil varies from several meters to several hundred meters, including ice cones, ice mounds, water bursting drums and mounds, as well as special adverse geological phenomena such as thick groundwater and hot melt collapse. There are many problems and the construction is very difficult. Golmud-Lhasa line is the first sequential transportation technology adopted in China, which transports four kinds of oil products, namely gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene and lamp kerosene. Supply oil for gas stations along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway and Lhasa for both military and civilian use.
After the opening of the Golmud-Lhasa oil pipeline, it is not only conducive to border defense and combat readiness, but also injects vitality into Tibet on the roof of the world and creates economic prosperity. It can be said that wherever oil flows, economic life will change qualitatively, thus establishing the special status of Tibet's "oil economy".
The long-distance refined oil pipeline is also Fushun Petrochemical-Yingkou Bayuquan pipeline built by 1995, with a total length of 246 kilometers; 1999, the pipeline from Tianjin Binhai International Airport to Beijing Capital International Airport was completed, with a total length of185km; The Lanzhou-Chengdu-Chongqing pipeline, which started construction on June 22, 2000, has a total length of 1200 kilometers and is currently under construction.
