Young Hero Fang Shiyu, also known as Young Fang Shiyu, is a martial arts comedy produced by Taiwan Province Fit Company on 1999. It is also an outsourced drama of Hong Kong ATV. It is directed by Wen, Wen and Yang, and starred by Dicky Cheung, Wen, He Meizhen and Li Tingyi.

Episode evaluation:

This play is different from other film and television versions in Fang Shiyu. The Jianghu story told is quite modern, and the plot is based on the life of modern society. It is ups and downs, funny but not kitsch.

Especially the mother and son, played by Tian Niu and Dicky Cheung as partners, sometimes love each other like ordinary mothers and children, and sometimes laugh together like brothers and sisters. Their wonderful performances make the style of the whole play relaxed, humorous, fresh and full of vitality.
